The most kitted out Golf is around 1520 kg, and that is nearly 3400 lbs.
And you can check the static compression in the dyno graph, so you can use that to determine which pistons, conrods or crank to use. Its fiddly, yes, very much so, but its rewarding to make a really good engine. I myself found the ultimate long-life combination of parts for the Lama Performance V12, it makes like 700 hp and revs to the moon with oodles of torque, but the thing doesn't break easily at all :)
And the glitches are always a big nuisance for me, I get it, but the game is 16 years old XD
Try clicking the exhaust headers on the V6 and V8 mod engines, I think they're called the Devils V6 and V8 engines, if you click the headers you should be able to change the sound sample used between different cars, like choosing between the Ferrari F430, McLaren MP4-12C, Audi S4 among about a half a dozen others :)
Its nice, that mod. I like it. And I like this game, and I like this series, so if you find yourself enjoying playing it, I'll be here to watch :D
Lol so this thing is 1.5ish times the weight of a IRL Golf. Perfect.
I'll take a look at the graph if I get stuck again. I usually don't have any issues building :D
I'd love a Lama V12 in a car in the future. Maybe rear engine ;)
I do have the devil's V6 mod, but I prefer to use unmodded engines in this series, cause mods are such a pain and most I know don't use em. But I will forsure check it out!

Just remembered when I adventured myself onto the tire and suspension codes so I could better the physics, Im going to download this shit again
This is 100% the best game to mess about with cars. Sure automation is great for building. But for just screwing about SLRR takes the cake, even for a 15 year old game!
@@TwinTurBros this game taught me everything I need to know about mechanics, without it my knowledge on automation wouldn't exist, specially on the fine-tuning, messing with cams angle and etc.
