Kindly check your calculation. Total slab load should be 128.25 KN.
Thickness of 🧱 is not considered in your calculation. And what about the self weight from columns from floors above(if there is)

Hlw , Sajid wall load and floor finish load are considering seperately . Wall load depends on thickness and heights . As usual floor finish loads consider 2kN/sqm
