Zalipie is an open-air museum. Today's villages are different.

in Poland we have many varieties of roses, including climbing ones that are good for arbors and creeping ones as green carpets in gardens

The roses in the film are of a different kind than the ones Sujy grows. They grow about 3m height, have beatefull flowers with ones smell fantastic, and you can use flowers to infuse other products (oil, alcohol, sugar etc.), and after the season you can use rose fruits with ones are super heathly and have fantastic taste. That rose is a "Rosa canina" it's a common bush in Poland.

Cześć we use for both, welcoming and farewell. Cześć means literally "HONOUR" (NOT WORSHIP). It's a common greeting like HI, HEY or AVE... means nothing more like "I see you and appreciate you" and isn't anything like wishing for a god day or something.

In Poland we have many species of roses, park, many floral, multifloral, miniature. I have a lot of roses in the garden and most of them are red roses. There is no need to dream of large shrubs, my rose has grown so much that this year it broke the pergola that held it down. This rose was already a few years old. I gave it to a friend. I don't take care of them specially, once a year I poured fertilizer on the bushes, the one in granules, and I have to trim the faded rose heads, so that they bloom again, in spring I cut some branches, the rain waters my bushes. I remove the withered branches and spray them on the aphid when it attacks roses, ants spread aphids because they are their milk cows. Greetings from Mazovia.

I don't think any other country has changed so quickly in such a short time. For 25 years, Poland was the fastest developing country in Europe and one of the fastest developing countries in the world. And Poland is still developing rapidly, so in the next 15 years it will be even different.
Moreover, Poland is diverse. We have two lake districts, we have the sea, we have two different mountain ranges: the Western Carpathians and the Sudetes, which do not belong to the Carpathians. We have an ancient forest in Białowieża. We have beautiful cities and towns. Even most of the villages are well-kept.
Poland has experienced so many tragedies that it should finally be able to develop in peace. No wars, no poverty, no repression, no Russia, no Germany. We want to live in harmony with all our neighbors.
Unfortunately, Russia is Russia again. May Germany not become Germany again.

If you want to greet people in Polish, it would be "Dzień dobry! Jestem Max z Kanady!" Sujy can say "Dzień dobry! Jestem Sujy z Tajlandii!" 'How are you' would be 'Jak się macie?' So your whole start of the video would be:
Max: Dzień dobry! Jak się macie? Jestem Max z Kanady!
Sujy: Dzień dobry! Jestem Sujy z Tajlandii!
    I hope that helps :)

"Do widzenia" is used as "goodbye" but it means literally "until seeing", that's why you couldn't find "bobry" part in that. We also say "Do zobaczenia" what means also "until seeing" but when we are sure, that we will see each other again. There is also "Do jutra" what means"until tomorrow" and "żegnaj" what means kinda "go away" and is not very kind. Personally I prefer to say "Do widzenia" to strangers and yet another one to people I know better "Na razie", what means more less "so long".

In order for the roses to grow that big, you first have to paint such roses on the wall of your house 😉.

Te piękne róże należą do pnących, dlatego osiągają takie rozmiary. W Polsce największym zagrożeniem dla tych kwiatów są mszyce i mączniaki.

Suji we also have problems with roses . Same as yours. Fungs, bugs because of climate changing. Climate is changing more and more and we see thet some of seasons disapeared like prewinter sesason. This is difficult for plants. If YOu want to live in POland you should remember that our climate is much colder than Thailand especily winter and days are short from november to begining of march. If YOu ok with that welcome :)
