    I'm so glad I sorted videos by oldest and found this. It was cathartic just watching the people in the video do it. I hope I can do sandplay therapy one day; my sandtrays would be absolute chaos though lol

    My trauma based therapist has brought up this idea with me. I'm intrigued and interested in giving it a try, but my hang up is the thought of playing with "toys" without being seen as a little kid.

    This was awesome. Thank you for sharing this. I have a question If there is no interpretation how does the therapist document the session?

      Thanks! Documentation practices vary, and there's no need to document interpretations.
