absolutely amazing lady!She's a true inspiration to show that even women from diverse backgrounds can break the glass ceiling and run one of the biggest companies in the world!
I have been so impressed by the views and expressions of Ms Nooyi it has not come as a surprise to see her as the CEO of PEPSI. Being an Indian and a Tamil ( From Madras ) I feel she has done us all proud heading a company the size of PEPSI. Her very clear views on leadership and other values she cherishes which is the driving force behind her success can be a mantra for any enterprise to succeed not necessarily in the P&L aspects but as one that is around for the betterment of Society.Her stress on the relevance of Integrity is most missing around us unfortunately.
Down right intelligent and best mind , INDIA has to offer! BOSE & EINSTEIN TO JAGADISH BOSE TO SIR CV RAMAN , many accolade and laurels INDIA truly deserve !
