Since then, the Leahy laws were passed that allow for withholding funds from units that are suspected of commiting human rights violations. That's the basis of withholding funds from Israel currently. Biden isn't using the funds as a means of bribery like Trump did. He hasn't asked for any favors like Trump did. The same laws withheld funds from the Azov Unit in Ukraine. Just because a crab apple is in the apple family, it doesn't mean it's good to eat. Same with trying to compare any actions of Biden to Trump, unless you take in ALL of the details.
