I use kicad and JLCPCB work fine with files from that software. There are even pages on their site that step you through how to make the BOM and placement files, so they should work with eagle too
@@powersource4 Sorry I haven't used STM32, but I'm sure you can write code in the same programme I use - Visual Studio Code. I'm not sure you can extract code from it but I'm not familiar
How do you get the SMD assembly done? I use Eagle and last I looked I think JLCPCB wants you to use their CAD to mesh well with the SMD assembly

That's a big question and I'm not an expert! It really depends on the chip... I'd search for something specific to the chip you're using :)
