Trains from Switzerland

The trains in Switzerland have no air conditioning (A waste of energy). SBB train was really nice but the staff was rude on every train I went on unlike Japan where the trains were on time the kindness in Japan was 10/10. The trains for the most part had very few English announcements. Most of the trains announcements that I rode in Swiss was Germen & German only. The crew did the English part.
