F7 is much heavier compared to Speedflex. Got that alone I’d choose that because if your position at wide out. You can also DM me on IG and we can have a private conversation on the gear that’s specifically best for you.
Could you address charging? I charged two hours before using, used it 10 mins. in the evening, and it was dead the next morning. I don't believe it's advised to keep it plugged in though. Should the red light still be on while it's charging? How many green lights should hold steady when fully charged? How long should it hold a charge before recharging? I'm uncertain if it's defective.... Thanks!

It doesn't sound like yours was charged enough. I would charge it until the light goes off.

Wearing them is really the best way. That's the only way you get enough heat and pressure in the foam and materials to mold it.
