I use a foam roller, rumble roller and massage ball daily to help reduce DOMS. When I learned about these vibrating rollers I had to test one out. If you're like me, you're wondering if they're any good. Here's my honest product review.

I had no idea something like that exist. Middle aged fart like me would love it for sure. Thanks for the tip.

Unfortunately it didn’t help with my low back pain

That's a shame, however it's unlikely the foam roller is the reason why it didn't help. It's more likely that's you weren't using it effectively. Or maybe you need some strength training too, which is more likely. Have you tried my 15 minute follow along lower back pain workout?

@@UnityGymOnline Nope. The vibrating foam roller was a waste of money and no better than my normal hardcore foam roller. The only thing that helped was trigger point therapy using a
lacrosse ball on my glutes and multifidi muscles. Stretching also helped.

@Tommy Harris sorry to hear that. I love my vibrating roller. I use it everyday and haven't gone back. Maybe it's not as good on the glutes as lacrosse balls, but it's great on other areas of the body. Especially quads, lats and back

@@UnityGymOnline Trigger points in the glutes are one of the major causes of low back pain, which the foam roller doesn't tackle as well. I have both the vibrating and normal foam rollers and they are equally good for a general myofascial release.
