This is my day 4 hair, guys. It may look a little bit different than yours and that’s alright! I’ve been learning about what works for me and my curls for 20+ years now.
For me, it’s just a little bit of the LUS Curly, some H2O, being sure not to disturb my curls too much, and embracing a little fluff and volume. 😍

I just purchased two of their deluxe sets. I bought a bottle of the curly formula to test it out and I LITERALLY LOVE MY HAIR. OMG! It smells so good and no crunch, but plenty of curls. I have a combo 3b&c hair and I was blown away by the finished look. I am a customer for life!

I just bought some more and I love my curls! I use to struggle with my curls and now I can go anywhere without the frizz. Especially visiting in Texas, the humidity there always makes my hair a frizzy lion head😂 but now I don’t have to worry , I can now updo my curls 🥰

Thanks for the video! Just tried this except I added some iris moss gel to the all-in-one and mixed together with water in my hand and scrunched a lot because my curls had gotten pretty flattened out while I was sleeping. Then I air dried and when I broke the cast I used 3 drops of the elixir oil. Pretty good result.

Hi again: a question for you. How do you take a shower without ruining your curls? When I use a shower cap it tends to mess them up. Am I putting the shower cap on wrong or is there another trick?
Ive been refreshing badly. I soak mine. ... Idek my hair type tho & if i dont stop damaging it itll never be right. I dsi the quiz & i swear some of mine are 3B, but looking at urs - not many of mine are 3B. Basically the shorter, healthier "virgin" hair. & Its not virgin anymore either but its so short & close to thr scalp (like around my head\bangs) its kinks up good. The rest is struggling for revival. Anyway, I love uta! I love many peoples lol especially the length. !! I cant wait!
How do you get your ends to look so piecy? My hair clumps similarly to yours but then holds the thickness of the clump all the way to the ends. Could it be the hair cut?
Ok so I’m a male with 4 years growth I’d say my hair is 3a-4a and everything in between ( extremely mixed heritage) I’ve grown it out many times got frustrated and shaved it off. Trying my best this time and it’s now down to my collar bone without stretching it. It curls ok with most leave in conditioners and leave it alone. But if I’m working or driving or anything that needs my hair out of my face pulling it back with hair ties, cap, even a metal pin type comb my sister gave me disrupts the curl and it’s frizz time. Any suggestions on how to pull it back without destroying the curl? Thanks

I love this because I have long curly hair and I wish I had kinky curls like my friends but there hair is shorter so it’s easier to do so I love seeing that you also have long thick curly hair which means it is possible!!! But I know it probably takes a lot of time( you should make a video of the day you wash your hair and everything that you do and then the next day and how u sleep on it and everyday until the next wash day that would really help

I do love your products and it has taken me some time to love the more natural look of LUS. My hair can be frizzy some days and look very dry. I tried your DC but it didnt work for me. I still really love your shampoo
And conditione and all in one. If I tried the curly products instead of wavy, would it give me more moisture??
Hey, beauty! For some hair types, deep conditioning first prior to shampoo/conditioning may actually work best! 🤗 Give it a go on your next application! Our formulas do not contain any drying ingredients. Our Curly formula does have a little more moisture vs the Wavy but it also is a tad bit thicker consistency as well. ❤️
What would you recommend if you need to add more volume to the roots? And take some excess oil away? My roots tend to straighten out but curls I can refresh no problem

I cannot go 4 days. My hair starts looking dirty and feeling hard like sticks..can you tell me what to do? I apply my products on soaking wet hair and let it air dry into a cast then scrunch it out..but its real frustrating 😕 help!your hair is beautiful. Mine look good first day
Hi Cheryl, it sounds like you may just need a slight tweak to your initial application. We don't use any binding ingredients but, if you use too much or not enough water to help get the ingredients activating it may happen. @@LUSBrands thank you so much ❤ I just sent them a message. I did forget to mention I add product let it dry a little and sleepvwith it in a satin bonnet still semi wet. Next morning I scrunch out cast
So for type 2 hair, spray it but don’t add extra water to the all-in-one? I’m still using the minis so can’t measure in pumps, but I’d guess I use about two pumps total for my whole head on wash days right now (wavy or curly formula.) I only really need to refresh the front of my hair and maybe the top. So I assume to refresh I’d use just a tiny amount of product, and add almost no extra water?

@@LUSBrands today I tried getting the front of my hair just a little wet (hand-held showerhead, more than a simple spray but not soaking wet), put a tiny amount of the curly all-in-one in my palm, added a little water to it, and then smoothed it over the frizzy front bits and scrunched. I'm AMAZED. It dried pretty quickly, in perfect curls. As good as the best day-one I've had with these products. Thank you so much!

I have a question for your 3 step curl products... I have very thick hair with loose curls but they were tight curls when I was younger. Also sometimes the top layer of my hair turns out more wave and the bottom curly. 2c/3a. Do I use curly or wavy?

I'm in the same boat
For my 3A hair. I add 5 pumps of the 3in1 to the the LUS water spritz bottle, & just always have it preset for daily refresh. Is that ok? P.S love the spritz bottle!! Not sure if I’m doing it right...

My curls are like a mix of 2c 3a and 3b on my wash day, but even just day 2, my curls start to stretch out and straighten SOOO easily. Like they just don't bounce back. I just started using LUS step 3. My stylist gave it to me. What can I do to get longer lasting definition?
Ooohhh!!! How exciting!! You can totally use your LUS to refresh the curls. 💕 Personally, I like to gently section my curls (lower half, middle, and top section) then add a little of the All-in-One to wet hands as needed, spray a little more water to really get those ingredients activated--rub hands together and smooth over the section following your curl pattern. At this point, you can totally finger coil if you'd like for a little more definition. Then air dry or diffuse gently until dry. This helps refresh the curls and can also help get that spring back in them until next wash day! 🙌🏽

I have type 3A I believe but my hair is flat on the top of my head even though its really curly at the bottom😢 Is there a way to fix that???

Great question! It's all about trial and error. Have you ever tried applying your products upside down? Seems silly but it might just do the trick 😉

How lol I wash my hair everyday and it’s due to my job we get sweaty dusty I’m assuming the products wouldn’t do much if it’s washed everyday

What are type 2 curls?
Hi love! A type 2 curl pattern is also known as wavy hair. Type 2 hair is wavy and falls between straight and curly hair. It has an “S” shape, is thicker than Type 1 hair, and is not as oily. It can range from loose loops to thick, coarse S-shaped waves. 💕

Why not just create a refresh spray for the next day ? Why do all these companies forget about that? No one wants to re wet their hair daily.
