    You guys are AWESOME! we are planning a trip to Sardinia next July and you've been sooo helpful! question though, what hotel would you recommend in Porto Cervo (4-5 star) that has a beach atmosphere/chairs etc. and a pool. Im finding they are all mostly on the marina and not beach access? am I missing something.? We stayed in Taormina a week ago and loved the pool/beach access and looking for something like that in Porto Cervo. thank you so much, your videos are really really helpful!

      Hello Meg. Most hotel in Porto Cervo are not on the beach, but they usually have a Shuttle that takes you to the beach. One of the best hotel is the Cervo right in the town center. If you want an hotel beachfront you should check Baja Sardinia

      @@TravelAddictsLife Thank you for the reply . We were on a bus trip in Sardinia recently . When we reached this place, we were asked to take a road train to have a tour of the area as our bus was too big to enter the area. The tour guide told us that the villa is for sale for Usd 60 million . We were impressed by the luxurious villas , yachts, bars, hotels, resorts of the area ,conference halls of multinational companies . We. felt as though we were in Cote d' Azur, Monaco, San Remo, Beverly Hills . Your reports / travel videos are very informative on Sardinia th-cam.com/video/j_wqip_PSS4/w-d-xo.html

    What’s the easiest way to move around the island ??? Taxi or do it have to rent a car

    • @TravelAddictsLife
      @TravelAddictsLife  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is better to rent a car because the island is huge

      I don’t drive, can we take public transport from the airport- or taxi? Can we use contactless or credit cards in the restaurants and shops?

    • @TravelAddictsLife
      @TravelAddictsLife  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you can, but most beaches are not easily reached by public transit

      @@njwhereabouts8371 It would be a bit expensive but you can do that
