Hi Steve! Currently I do not have any recruitment specific videos, but I could think of a few ways you could utilize Go High Level (if your not already doing these). Here is a list of things I would do (In order) to set up my GHL account specific to my niche: 1. Update the Custom Fields - Go into the settings of your account and add specific custom fields that you know you will use inside forms, surveys, or simply questions/ info you would want to hold with the contact. An example of this could be a file upload custom field that applicants can use to upload there resume. 2. Create Tags - Go into settings, and scroll to the bottom for Tags. Start adding tags to help you organise your contacts. Example: You could have a tag for "new applicants, and a tag for "not qualified" and one for "qualified"; these will come in handy when creating smartlists inside your contacts tag, which can help streamline bulk outreach (via email or sms). 3. Pipelines - Inside he opportunities tab, set up pipelines and opportunity stages to give you a clear view of your recruitment flow; from new aplicant to qualified, or unqulified, to hired, etc (not 100% sure what flow works best in this instance). Ex: Pipeline name is "Recruitment" and the stages could be "New Applicant" "Contacted" Qualified" "Not Qualified" "Hired". 4. Creating Workflows - Inside the automations tab, I would utilising workflows for updating contacts, this way you can use the system to reach out to someone if there is additional info you need to qualify them, or maybe you need to send them a form to fill out inside GHL. You could set a workflow to trigger when a contact is moved to the "New Applicant" stage inside the pipeline, and then set the action to automatically send out an email to the contact with a friendly message and instructions on how they send their resume; or better yet, attach a form from GHL to that email, that they can fill out, and that way it will automatically update their contact details inside GHL once they submitt the form. There is more that could be done, but this is where I would start. I know my reply is well overdue, I missed the notif for this one. I'll reply here when I come out with a video on this. This is fantastic 🥰 Can you add a custom value updater form that a client can complete and it will automatically update all the custom values, message templates and pretty much fully customized the snapshot? I think such a custom value updater form will really make this snapshot extremely powerful since there are many different services in the home services niche.
