This is how I install a 6" Rigid Industries E Series light bar. The Ram mounts that screw into the bar have a 1/4-20 stud. I can't take the credit for this idea, I got it from a friend.
Does this effect the battery at all and would you be able to do this to your Lynx xterrain? I was somewhat disappointed with the lights that they came with
@@AndrewMilleyPerformance thanks for that. Is there anyway you can post a picture of your light bar setup on the xterrain ? The plastic housing is much smaller on them and wouldn’t mind a reference 🙏🏼
For the actual mounting it’s just two Ram mounts on 1/4-20” studs, two 2” Ram arms and two of the diamond shaped Ram mounts. Then four M5 bolts like you see used in the body on the snowmobile with washers and nuts.
Any experience with the brp hi beam auxiliary lights? Trying to decide between those or aftermarket light bar.
They work excellent, but if you’re into tree bashing they are a little fragile

We haven’t had any issues with the 6” bar effecting the battery. I run the same setup on both my 850 Xterrain’s with no issues

Excellent how-to video, thanks for sharing.
Thoughts on amber vs clear lights ???
The amber is better if it’s snowing or there is snow dust…. Which is most of the time.
List of materials to do this please! Nice setup
