    I enjoy how you break it down to simplify & not over think things..then run it it reverse. In real time the moment in a match with the slightest misstep can be harder to mentally overcome if your training doesn’t include multiple processes and short refined technique.

    Good point about where your shots land in relation to the center line.

      It's one the main focuses I will use this year in all my training.

    This was great. I’ve been brain storming for a few weeks on a good drill for uspsa accuracy and had been planning to use B8s to hold myself accountable but this lets me get even more feedback.

    I notice that from a static start, most times you do a drop step to get moving. Sometimes you don't. Is there a reason why you do or don't do a drop step from a static starting position? Thx

    • @isaaclockwood1839
      @isaaclockwood1839  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It depends on my distance to my first position. Sometimes it just happens without me thinking. I haven't seen any real evidence that its faster or slower, so I typically go by feel.

    What eye pro are you wearing? It looks great and seems to provide great coverage and large field of view.

    • @isaaclockwood1839
      @isaaclockwood1839  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are Oakley Kato's. They are pretty good so far. Full coverage and view for sure. I like the nose coverage to help prevent sun burn.

    nice - I have put a black dot in the right level on my IPSC target - I have found out that I aiming to low under stress - a Q how many rounds do you use for a training like this

    • @isaaclockwood1839
      @isaaclockwood1839  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for watching. I typically use around 200 rds but it ranges from 100 -400 sometimes.

    Which one do you like better? The go guns gas pedal or the align tactical thumb rest?

    • @isaaclockwood1839
      @isaaclockwood1839  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Align Tactical is easily the superior choice. Better quality, better ergonomics, better consistency and performance.

    What mag release button are you using. It looks more extended than most.

    • @isaaclockwood1839
      @isaaclockwood1839  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is an Align Tactical mag release. It's slightly extended, but more than that, it sits higher than any other release on the market. Positioned more out of the way and easier for your thumb to re reach.

  • @michaelpetty9485
