@@LuciferMS_66 i play 3 days (waited for steam to buy) i have stuck items in my loot and lost a inventory. It literally just dissapeared. Maybe its a issue with accounts from the closed testings ngl. My quests also bugg out (happned like 3 times now i think).
Edit: 4th quest. the newest update i can't dig out the chest.

Same. Been here since Beta and haven't lost anything except the extra silver I had. Never done exploits...maybe they are cracking down?

I'm not one who can get on and grind much, and with that, I don't expect to have Ubisoft change things to "level the field." That's just stupid. I know there will always be players way ahead of me, and if I wanted to move up, I should need to put int the effort to get there... For now, I just enjoy playing the game when I can and honestly probably wouldn't notice if things went missing from my warehouse. But I do understand the frustration if you put in that much time and effort to have ships and materials taken away, either by glitches or the company trying to "level the field"
Just bought the game, just finishing all content on season 3. Well worth the money. It is glitchy and they NEED to put a bug reporter in.

Its the devs following you in the black helicopters. They go into your house and get on your game and delete stuff and leave. Theyre trying to see how you will react. Your family is in on it.

I played this game quite a bit as it was relaxing just sailng around sinking ships, but when Sea of Thieves came out on PS5 in April I started playing that and haven't looked back. It's the most fun I've had in a game and a true pirate game. Skull and Bones is just an arcadey ship simulator with pirate cosmetics.
I saw that game and it looked like a kids game is it really that awesome?
@@davidneighbors9263 I thought the same at first when it was first unveiled on Xbox. But if you are looking for a pirate game, this literally has everything you would want in it. The difference in naval combat alone blows Skull and Bones out of the water (pun intended). It's first person, you have to manually load and fire the cannons yourself, work the mast and sails, hammer boards over holes from cannon shots, bucket water out, and use a compass and map to steer the ship. Then you have all kinds of different voyages you can do including attacking skeleton fleets, ghost fleets, forts, underwater treasuries and shrines, digging up treasure (map and compass with no light to tell you where to dig), melee fighting, PVP and PVE, etc. There are also "tall tales" that have stories you play through including a Pirates of the Caribbean and Monkey Island one. You can even go to a bar and get drunk (plus your ship has a grog barrel). Every day you play is a different adventure.

That is deplorable. I can’t even max all my ships I use. If I lost upgraded ship and they didn’t fix I’d delete the game. I am not buying any more gold or battle passes if this keeps up
The slap in the face was over $100 game with subscription to play it. Then a price drop. Then it dropped again and it’s basically free at GameStop if you get a used disk. Ubisoft absolutely does mess with players. They’ve taken items from me with no explanation. Sucks when new players join events and don’t do anything but want the rewards. That’s getting really old, again.
I’m not very good, but I can help in events, I don’t care if new people join to help. At least it’s someone else for the enemy to aggro. Get into an even and call for help so people can just travel there and whoever gets in so what. Help a nubie!
Me and the guys I play with quit playing after the first season paid $110 bucks for preorder and only get 1st season it blows should have known better because Ubisoft has been ripping folks for years. and we was missing so much awards that we was supposed to get but never got I msged them on X and their response was try this and send a picture did what they asked and got nothing and when I brought up only season 1 for the price we paid they give us a cold shoulder real quick I will never buy any game from Ubisoft again 👎🏻

I'm really enjoying this season more than the last and, fortunately, haven't experienced any losses. I understand why some complain about grinding, but I believe it adds genuine value and satisfaction that instant rewards can't match. Seasonal resets also keep players engaged and encourage them to return for new content. Everyone has their own circumstances, and we all play for different reasons.
Nothing wrong with a good grind on a game, but you expect to keep what you earn

Glad I'm not the only one I've had so much gone from my warehouse and ships gone I fell like I'm wasting my time I'm so tired of there crap I've put in so many tickets they just don't care and now the factories are taking longer to fill up I've had some that's taking over 2 days to fill even tho I've been filling them up with poppy's . sugar cane . Tobacco. My son and his friends have already given up .
I cant say this has ever happened to me and I have played all 3 seasons. They should refund you if this has happened to you though that's a for sure.
Let's hope so. I've not had much luck dealing with their complaint dept in the past. They act like a bunch of lazy children just drawing a paycheck
I have been playing since the game was released but have not been keeping track of my stuff so not sure if I am missing anything. Thanks for letting us know about this issue and sorry that you have lost so much stuff. This is really terrible by Ubisoft. I'm new to the game, played it for 187 hours and to be honest I'm all ready tired of it to the point where I consider stop playing it.
Material disappear, game lagging as fuck. Chat don't work. Many times you can't finish a task or a mission.
And ubisoft don't do anything to fix it.
I put so many hours in, and work 12 hrs shifts, I am sick of games you have to grind on, all it feels like is work, it's a game for fun, I do it to relax, not to grind and work some more, I didn't mind the first reset so other players could get caught up, but why do it every season, you pay silver to get your gold up, only to have to get rid of it, I haven't even got on to play season 3 yet, don't feel like grinding to get factories and crap again, I stared to play some other games with my kids and friends, and as for gta online they can keep it haven't touched it foe over 2 years, that is one game they made for rich people only, or for someone who doesn't have to work to take care of a household. Rockstar forgot where they came from, and only care about money, anymore, one of them even want you to pay for time spent on the game, they can have fun with that, I have better things to do with life, because it's very short and time flies by, lost my brother at 53 and my dad around d 73, my mom's close now to doctors say. So yeah life is more important than grinding on a damn game, it was meant to have fun not grind, or more work, that just keeps you away from things more important in life.

I really enjoyed playing this game from release until a few weeks ago. I grinded so much and worked so hard just like most of y’all only to lose multiple currencies and hard worked for items. Not to mention how many times I played Lestari trying to get all the cosmetics and only got half of them and they just don’t reward them. The game has spiraled downhill dramatically for me.
It's what prompted the video. I sent it to ubisoft and managed to get my issues resolved. I encourage folks to do the same. Turning in tickets is good and all but holding them countable publicly is where you get results.

@Banished Souls Official definitely raise a ticket with ubi(trash) as i had no issues like this(currency linting and other global stuff still apply's). Bash them till you get your stuff back, this game is really broken and i keep going back as i had non of the issues mentioned by you or reddit. Also i was a premium edition purchaser pre release so yeah i'm stupid.... Smugglermarks were put in S1 end...
Just started playing, I've been enjoying it. $76 for me and 2 other friends to play, not horrible.
Had something similar happen playing once human I haven't been on this last week playing other stuff got back on to check my base and they removed the base no biggy right it is a blueprint so I just placed it again. But then I noticed my 5 mineing platforms were gone and I didn't even have any of the materials returned to build them again and didn't get the ore that was inside them so I got screwed hard.
Guess Ive been somewhat lucky as far as game breaking bugs. Only thing thats happened to me so far is back in S1 6000 gold skull rum disappeared from my warehouse like a fart in the wind. Definitely understand your point though. I love this game but its like Ubi is treating this game like a hobby. Thank you for the video sir.
I thought i was going crazy! It looked like i had more space then day of than the day before. Entore blocks were missing. Quite a bit. But i never bothered to take screenshots. I just assumed i was nuts lol.
Similar problem when i contacted ubi, a horrible runaround. Several days now ive answered the same question. Scam plain and simple. It has to be bots and not real people answering the cases. Worse than the dmv! Probably one of the most frustrating experiences of my life
Buying Smuggler marks has been in the game. Ubisoft has seemed to be against hard-core players. It happened to us on Division 1&2.
when i played the beta for season 3 i told them to leave the controls alone but idiots thought they knew better. Now you cant dig as there is no prompt. This was also an issue in the season 3 beta test and now its happening again. Even their star wars outlaws is becoming a joke. they want £35 for a season pass yet once you complete the game its not worth playing
This also happened too me today. I was playing at the time also. Not happy.

After two seasons I am ready to play something else. They need to switch up in game mechanics to add a new way to have fun in the game. Season three is just more of the same with different skins.
The new story mission is not able to be progressed through. Chest can't be dug up. Is this just me or not?

I still haven't received any of my Twitch rewards that came from the streams before it released and all my accounts are connected. On top of that when I sent a help ticket, after jumping through several painstaking hoops for them their final answer was basically "it'll get fixed when it gets fixed" minor compared to you losing ships but still drives me nuts.

I wanted to believe that they could fix this game so much. It's fun but it went in the wrong direction of what I had hoped. It's too arcady, too many silly season chapters with music twins, poison tanky dudes and dragonladies, the Po8 and factories should never have been in the game the way it is, the entire build system and ship fitting is just wrong and lazy and it's the least piraty pirate game I have every played. Grumpy mood here.

The store is bugged bought one thing for the race that’s going on. An it wiped all my saved up gold and silver and my smuggler tokens totally not happy. I did report it but we will see. Also I had 999999 vengeful essence. After update now I have 350.
Ubi said they were resetting the essences as part of the reset due to the dupeing. Amongst a couple of other things.

For me is happening if i get sink sometimes my items disapear i can t pik up it anymore ... and lost a lot of food things like that and usualy you get sink and then go back pik up the loot but idk.... is ubisoft😊

Luckily I haven't lost any items in my inventory (at least that I know of). Anyways BSO, I have a different take on this game. I initially started playing the game thinking cool... a pirate ship game with nice graphics - except on land 😆. I enjoyed learning about the different ships, their weapons and armor. However, I was hoping there would be some element of exploration other that what the game is offering now. I mean... some really swashbuckling exploration quests... or perhaps just some exploration on my own with the possibility of finding some hidden eggs. It seems the last 2 seasons was just the devs rotating in different boss fights with different elemental damages now (plus a few bug fixes). It's like they're turning this game into a fantasy pirate game. I was hoping they'd stay closer to a more realistic approach to pirating, sailing and exploration but oh well... 😐😒Another downer for me is no map expansion. That in itself is a game buster for me. Now I find myself playing the game ... not because I see it as cool, fun and exciting... but because I'm bored (I'm actually waiting for Light No Fire to come out and then it's adios to this game). Glad I've only spent money on the initial game itself plus a few cosmetics and that's it.
paid the $100 when it came out after i played the trial. really enjoyed it, dropped 250 to 300 hours into it. got bored after the first season and have not picked it back up

The game is in a much better state since launch to be honest. I’m not sure why folks are hating on it so much, if you take it for what it is (ship sim tbh) it’s a great ride.
