Thank you so much. You describe every step so clearly. I would like to know how to download it into goodnotes. I would want to make sure it works before I list it. You make this older grandmother of 10 feel like i can actually do this :)
You're so welcome! That's awesome, glad I could help! On Goodnotes homepage click the '+' button, then click "import", then select your document from Files.
I am so excited that it worked, and my apple pencil works with it. I just have one more question. The first page of the book did not upload on goodnotes. Instead I got two pages of “this planner belongs to” . Not sure what i did wrong. Might you have an answer for me. No issue really. I’m not selling this one. But I would like to sell others
Awesome! Maybe that page was duplicated by accident either in Canva or in Goodnotes. The missing cover page could be from when downloading from Canva, a certain page range was selected instead of all pages... 😄
This is the most thorough, comprehensive tutorial I've watched on creating a digital planner, start to finish. Thank you for taking the time to make this video! :)

I try to make an art planner, and on the page with the project will be frame for a painting, and I need that frame has “+” button with “import image” , I hope I explained it good :)
This was a great video and helpful. I created a journal to use for 30 days. It has 2 sheets per day. So that's 60 sheets. I'm new to this and still learning. I labeled each page with just the page number. Would I link each page to a tab or just the odd pages? Thank you.
Hi! This was a great tutorial. I'm trying to come up with a lead magnet for my website. I sell stationery, notecards, wax seals, and wrapping paper. I want to create something I can give to my customers to help them keep track of birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. Is it possible to give them a link if they sign up with their email address? I'm hoping you can give me some ideas for this. Thanks so much!!
Hi! Thanks! It would probably be better to send your customers an actual file, like a pdf, so they can print it/use it however it’s intended. Hope this helps :)
Thank you for this. Is there a reason a lot of planners are more specific? Like you did just monthly others have just daily, and just weekly etc. I haven't found a planner that has all 3. And I don't know why. Do you?
You're welcome! I only did monthly just for the purpose of the tutorial. Not too sure but maybe they don't think people may want daily, weekly, and monthly... Maybe I should make one 😉. Thanks for your question!
I tried to add links to my digital planner in Goodnotes and it told me I had to "upgrade to Goodnotes 6 in order to create internal links across pages and documents". So I'm not too sure how it works though. You can duplicate pages in Goodnotes as well if you need more pages!

One question though....if you were to go to the month and tap on the day, does that need to be hyperlinked first before you add the pages behind the month or is that after?????
thank you for the video, you explain very well, otherwise I have a question, if I created my digital planner on Canva on my Windows 10 computer, I saved it as a pdf with hyperlinks on the digital planner, will it work well with hyperlinks for buyers who will use notability (knowing that notability designed just for iOS and macOS), thank you

Hope you can get your planner completed!
How would this work with merging pdfs please ? Should I merge pdfs first & then hyperlink ? Or Hyperlink first? I’m merging becuase I want more than 300 pages in my planner

You can use free elements, text, etc to create designs. You can’t just keep them as standalone items and sell them. There’s way more to it lol but check out Canva’s terms www.canva.com/licensing-explained/
Could there be a text box that's covering the entire tab? So it doesn't select the tab when you try to link it? Maybe make text box smaller (if this is the issue) or you may have to go into the layers and specifically pick the tab. Hope this helps!
