The Game Over music for the first four titles was actually made to sound like "Poor Starfy. Will he continue?" If you started with the first game and played from first to latest game in the series, you wouldn't enjoy changes like the Game Over theme being changed in the fifth title.
I think if there is a slightly different game over in Densetsu No Stafy 4 where if Starly is the one who dies then she is the one who falls into the ocean instead of starfy and starfy tries to keep her from sinking to the botom of the sea.
I think she's trying to keep him from falling into the depths of the sea, y'know, keep him afloat. Or she's choking him for losing. Wouldn't surprise me :P Poor lil' Starfy, "Chu made him baw"
I believe it's like a trainer putting his or her boxer in the corner to make him rest a little, or like how Darth Vader lays in Luke Skywalker's arms after dropping Emperor Palpatine down toward the core of Death Star MK. 2.
Daniel156657 Also the copyright text in Densetsu no Stafy 4 displayed at the very end of the credits. This is possibly so for the others, but I've yet to play the GBA titles. Also, there's technically "transliterated English" scattered throughout if you can read katakana and hiragana, though katakana tends to be used for words that are foreign to the Japanese language (such as something in English, French, etc.) as well as onomatopoeia. For example: クリスマス (kurisumasu) is just Christmas, and it sounds like that if you say those syllabograms fast enough, so it "pronounces" those words, even if Japanese lacks a few letters found in the English language. They have other ways of making the transliterated version somewhat similar. Whew, am I a nerd!
If anyone can make a video of The Game Over Screens of 2-5 and the animations starfy/starly/moe make when you choose no/quit instead of yes/continue and in high quality and definition that would be awesome. Nothing special happens if you choose no/quit in the first game so that one won't be requested.

@Daniel156657 Japan uses some English in nearly everything they do. Even English can be heard in some words and product names in the Japanese language, but people still have to pronounce the Japanese language correctly and not pronounce the words they were actually derived from. For example, AlphaDream is pronounced "ArufaDorīmu".

1983parrothead I think the fifth conveys that message pretty well
starly is saying to starfy: ''Do not worry big bro i can help you.''
1:00,hey look koopa troopas!
Starfy is so cute!

You should include the game over music for when you lose to the last boss in Stafy 5 too.
That fad was one reason why I uploaded this.
they should make a starfy 3ds game
Jakob Sendef But now the 3DS is being overshadowed by other mobile devices. However, the series can move to the Switch instead.
@@1983parrothead No The Legendary Shurikit.

Can you do the game overs again? only this time when you say no?

I find it weird that the only thing in English in the first 4 stafy games is "GAME OVER"
and the credits in the first game

what happens when you press quit instead?
Nothing really in the first game
In the 4th game, Starfy and Starly get dizzy by Moe's rage before hitting the words game and over.

In Legendary Starfy, I Chose Quit A Lot And On Continue.

Fryguy64 well pulling him up and if you thought starly/stapy was humping him NO why would She do that.
