About this game:
Enter the Gungeon is a bullet hell dungeon crawler following a band of misfits seeking to shoot, loot, dodge roll and table-flip their way to personal absolution by reaching the legendary Gungeon’s ultimate treasure: the gun that can kill the past. Select a hero [or team up in co-op] and battle your way to the bottom of the Gungeon by surviving a challenging and evolving series of floors filled with the dangerously adorable Gundead and fearsome Gungeon bosses armed to the teeth. Gather precious loot, discover hidden secrets, and chat with opportunistic merchants and shopkeepers to purchase powerful items to gain an edge.

Dude really needs to stop rushing the Forge when he knows he's got Advanced Dragun coming up. Like there are chests and the shop available, and it's not like the enemies are Bullet Hell caliber of difficulty.

Can you please start going to bullet heck instead of fighting the advanced dragun
The advanced dragun makes you waste one rat item and four regular items and not going to bullet heck finishes the run when you are usually very powerful insted of using your power to finish a floor that is quite difficult
He did a poll on twitter to see if people would wanted to see the rat fight/advanced dragun or bullet heck and it was a landslide for the rat fight/advanced dragun. I prefer those fights to bullet heck but I do agree some variety would be nice

Sees Eye of the Beholder on the shop while holding Smiley's Revolver. "There's a synergy there." No, NL. Not only is Eye of the Beholder not Shades' Revolver, but it's also one of the very few guns in the game without any synergies. You were as far from truth there as people in Point Nemo are from land.
I mean, Eye of the Beholster does have one synergy. Its just basically impossible to get because its from the Beholster shrine.
@@Durzaka It's not a synergy in the traditional sense either. Synergies are items complementing each other.
@@i_am_ergo uh, yes it absolutely is. It does the EXACT same thing as the Void Core synergies do, it just still uses the other guns ammos.

You absolutely get the casings from enemies that have fallen into the pit. They appear directly over your head if the casing on a room has fallen somewhere you are unable to reach it.

I just started playing Gungeon because its free on EGS, and godDAMN its hard. I have like 600 hours in Isaac but I can barely get to Chamber 3 in Gungeon so far in about 3-4 hours of playing. Props to you egg, you make dodging look easy

rule confirmed - chamber gun=can't reach bullet hell. this rule has no exeption for any NL gungeon game.

Im confused why NL doesnt use the void core assault rifle synergy when he also has alpha bullets but i respect that he chooses not to use such a powerful combo.

Father egg, elimintaler is pronounced ELIMIN-TAIL-ER. It's a play on the word eliminator.
Phase 1 of the rat is way easier. Every attack he does is avoidable with positioning and knowing when to roll. NL has the WORST record with the throwing attacks that the rat is even kind enough to draw red lines for. Positioning works there, but later subsequent attacks are better to roll through instead All of his other attacks can be rolled through or otherwise avoided by positioning yourself in gaps (especially the one where he draws the cheese in to shield himself, which NL also has a bad record with).
Phase 2 has 3 attacks that can blindside you without fail: The rockets break into bullets and meander around the screen, the multiple fire lasers that draw flame trails to restrict future dodges, and the homing crosshair of bullets which can just suddenly appear right on top of you (if you are too close to the rat robot at least).
NL should do a sorceress run now that he has a good grasp on all the guns

36:19 "Lucky Shot" and the subsequent self back-patting afterwards would be deserved IF the gun you used didn't break into homing rockets that freeze and do a ton of damage.
Also Resourceful Sack is SUPER broken. Every time I have gotten it I have won (Dragun, Advanced Dragun, Lich path) due in large part because of it and several times by not firing a single shot on bosses and instead using the sack.

Hhaq11 It doesn't take that long to 100% Gungeon, especially if you use the wiki and know what you need to do. He's probably not a mile off of 100% already.
maybe if you have problems with keyboard presses, it's time to buy a wooting keyboard with hall effect key switches? or any other mechanical keyboard with mechanical (possibly linear) switches?

NL needs to stop shit talking table tech items, especially table tech sight, which not only slows down time enabling you to easily dodge bullets but also triples your shots and therefore you damage. Yes, such a terrible item -.-

Also tell NL there's other challenge modes because I bet he only thinks Rainbow runs are the only ones.
you use megadouser wrong, don't hold it on one enemy, move the mouse left-right at least 2 time per second, this weapon doesn't deal damage more often then 2 times per second so no points in holding it on one enemy.
p.s. Dan more good in this game as Oustin, you can use megadouser even at megadragon effectively, because it destroy projectiles instantly. (as a secondary weapon, of course).
