Oh I love your videos. For years I have collected with idea of selling but have not been successful with the very few items due to technical issues.. 1 was how to figure shipping...marketplace put 3.95 on on linens that would have cost 3x that at least. So frustrated I withdrew it... I'm elderly and want to learn

Another thing I learned from you that’s working, I’m declining the insulting offers that come in on things. I had heard you say that you’ll decline offers of less than half of asking price. I was afraid to do that but it’s working! Three times this week I had buyers on different items give me a very low offer on nice things. After I declined without a counteroffer they came back and bought at full price, or, someone else swooped in and bought the item. I appreciate your advice so much. You’ve become my favorite channel.

Hello Kat! Thanks for the video and congrats on the great sales! Was really interested in the Coro broaches. My little granddaughter - 5 years old - loves unicorns. So I told her I remember a broach I wore when I was little that is a unicorn and it belonged to my Mommy. I went and looked for it and gave it to her. She was thrilled. I did some research on it. It is a Coro! I could only find one online and if I remember right it sold for $100.00!

I use Hi-bid myself. I have never done the delivery. Have 4 addiction places close to my place. Have found that they may not know what they are even selling at times. I have gotten many gems because of this.

You gotta wonder if they received multiple items, and got crossed up on purchase condition. Oh well, you did well to just answer professionally, remind of returns and move forward. It's a temptation to start taking photos as you ship and man, who has time for that? You play the odds of how often it happens, continue to take good ad photos and more forward. I have dabbled in jewelry just a bit, but I really want to learn more. My local auction houses always have large jewelry lots but I never know what I'm looking at or for!
@@TheNurseFlipper It's all online now, and I'm not sure if they are doing in-person previews. Even if they do, my auction houses are 20+ miles away and even that distance is sometimes difficult for me to deal with. But I am still planning to work on jewelry in 2022 :)

I sell on ebay full time and have a good following, but i very rarely sell jewelry. Im doing research on two necklaces i inherited from my mother that are higher dollar. They are older and i cannot find useful information online about them. I wanted to sell them in my ebay store but im hesitant because i don't ever sell things this high dollar other than my comic books, but i do have top rated plus, 5 year old account, 100% positive feedback with over 2k items sold. Do you have any recommendations on the best way for me to list these? One is valued at $700-$1500 the other is $5,600-10,000. Where i live i do not have easy access to places to sell in person that are....reputable, or trustworthy. Any info would be helpful, i love your channel and im thankful for the knowledge you pass down. -Heidi S.

That is a very rare occurence that has happened to me 3 times over many years and I have thousands of items that are listed. For me I cancel whatever isn't ebay as ebay penalizes the worst :D

I wanted to sell them in my ebay store but im hesitant because i don't ever sell things this high dollar other than my comic books, but i do have top rated plus, 5 year old account, 100% positive feedback with over 2k items sold. Do you have any recommendations on the best way for me to list these? One is valued at $700-$1500 the other is $5,600-10,000. Where i live i do not have easy access to places to sell in person that are....reputable, or trustworthy. Any info would be helpful, i love your channel and im thankful for the knowledge you pass down.

I would be comfortable listing them on eBay if you're sure about value. I haven't had any issues with higher dollar stuff
You give so great information. I really appreciate detailed you are. I have one question. How does it work when you cross post and you have 2 buyers from different sites? I have thought about but when I researched it says better to not do it.
That is a very rare occurence that has happened to me 3 times over many years and I have thousands of items that are listed. For me I cancel whatever isn't ebay as ebay penalizes the worst :D
