Revoll hanging sachet air freshener smells so good but you only get one. Heating pad on your back and a little bit of resting hopefully will help your back will feel better soon

Hey Tish I use Lidocaine 4% patches on my back. With Voltaren Gel prescribed by my Dr. You can buy them over the counter. Put the gel on first rub in good. Then put the patch on rub it in to stick well. It helps pretty much immediately. DM me if you need further advice. 🤗😊I hope it helps you. I'm sure it will 🙏🙏💚🍀💚🤩
Tish, have you been to Wal-mart to the $ shop. They had a whole Bridgerton set up. If not check them out before they change it.
