Have you already went to the Cooperativa Agrícola do Funchal? They are the main source for farmers all across the island, the plants are cheaper and they have many varieties.

About the diet process: do you know what is the most effective way to reduce weight? It's simple: do your normal life, but if you eat too much food and you're not exercising just skip a meal. I did this in the first lockdown of 2020 here in Portugal and I lost 13 kg from March to July (and I continued to be very healthy after all)... Obviously that this was my experience, because it can be different with other people! ;)

The tomatoes you using in the pan with feta cheese are not cherry tomatoes. They are baby plum tomatoes. Anyways, that recipe "sounds" great. Good luck on your new venture.
