AJ has a good memory, he remembered a lot. My favorite was when you forgot to turn on the key and he let you know. Have you done anymore with your old Buick? Good thing you have all those videos, you'll appreciate those video's when the kids are older and gone. Wish that was around when my kids were young.
I'm glad you are willing to let the trucks go when the time is right. Some guys hold onto every one and they just start to rot away again. Keep the ones you intend to use and abuse - put them to work! I have to sell my Wallace the 66 project to keep things moving on my channel too. Keep up the great work!
Sad day to see it leave. But hopefully you'll soon have another one to get up and running. It's going a long way. Glad AJ got to keep the horn. Lots of good memories with it but now on to bigger and better adventures. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
What a great story, Kent ! -- If ever you need a moderator for your videos you've got Lil AJ ! ( He's as cute a button ! ) Hi Jack ! -- Bless You Guys !!! You make a old heart warm again !
I myself am sad to see that truck go.I was excited to see update videos on building it more.Great video though.I really enjoy your channel and Jack and AJ.I'll be waiting on the next video from you.
I am actually lonely to see it goes.. love the channel and the interaction with the kids.. a fab way to keep them interested in real cool stuff. Will be eaiting for your next project.
I found your channel via this truck & love it. Your 100% right, a 5 speed would totally change the entire driving experience. Not only 4 usable fwd gears+ OD, but also a synchronized transmission. Quicker shifts & quieter transmission. My 59 is a short box, small window, a fleetside big window would really be cool. Cheers from California.
It will be interesting to see what the new owner down under does with the truck. A.J. is practicing for his role as a TV reporter. My wife chuckled as A.J. provided information on the truck. As always, I enjoyed your video, Kent.. Thanks for sharing it.
I started watching your garage, just because of the 59, an watching rhe excitement on your boys faces, being the first truck you all worked on , I would never have sold it, big mistake. Dan
We will definitely regret it but financially I just couldn’t keep it around. The boys and I have worked on tons of vehicles before this one but this was the first one on the channel.
Corie’s Custom Garage would love that truck because of all the patina (rust). His wife Hannah has a awesome Chief that is diesel. I would love to have that truck and I would just clear coat it.
Sad to see old 59 go, but come on, going to Australia! It doesn't get much cooler than that. Hopefully now you will have room to get one of the F100's in the shop. AJ just makes me smile. That boy knows his stuff and is hilarious. Cracked me up when he said he isn't a very good hunter because he cannot stay quiet. I replayed that at least three times! Happy birthday. And hopefully Jack gets his deer, or maybe he already did.
Personally, It's a shamed they leave America and I don't support it at all. There won't be anymore of them made, and they're an American commodity. We need to do everything we can to keep them here.
@@SpeedBumpGarage Lol. I know we only get to see the tidbits of your life that you put out on youtube, but it seems like you guys are an awesome family. And you are raising two great kids. Keep up the good work
@@jimhickey2276 I agree to an extent but I also don't have enough money to be picky when someone is paying top dollar for my vehicle. At the end of the day this was not a rare truck and it honestly isn't even that nice of a truck... On to the next one.
It's a cool truck no wonder why she's AJ's fav. hearing all the stories that Aj told made me even sadder. He's a smart kid! And Aj I used to be 5 too but that's a long time ago lol 😂
I came across your channel because I have a '55 Chevy Shortbox. Gotta' say, I'm really sad you let that truck go, but we all have ones we should have kept. I'm subscribing after looking at your video playlist.
"Long May You Run, Long May You Run" "Although These Changes Have Come" "With Your Chrome Heart Shining In The Sun" ". . . Long May You Run" You all as a family should find a good You Tube version of Neal Young's 1976 song: "Long May You Run" and watch it after you've said goodbye to EVERY vehicle you sell - it's amazing how many of the words fit into the automotive world of things, even though it was NOT written with that in mind. You'll have to ask someone, but I think if the boys learned the words, they could sing it for us - you just couldn't play the song itself - that would be a COOL ending to the next one that gets sold !!!
I wonder, have you ever met Drew from Drew's Lens (TH-camr) he loves to fix old cars/trucks ESPECIALLY Chevy's. He actually just got a Chevy skoolie that he's going to fix up. You should check him out I think y'all live near each other, he's in western Arkansas somewhere I can't remember where.
This actually for some reason sad becasue i saw this thing on facebook marketplace for and 15k 20k and it was sold a week later and that was around 5 months ago
Sorta sad seeing this ol girl go from your channel but also kinda happy it's going to Australia so I may have a chance to see it in the flesh or steel or rust or whatever. Do you have the buyer's Facebook or insta details or something so I can follow? P.s. love your videos, your kids are naturals on camera I really hope my kids are just as enthusiastic about cars when they get a little older...
Never a dull moment when AJ is in the video. He can always find something to talk about.
lol no kidding, he had a lot to say
so true😂
"Turn the key!"
AJ really steals the show when you give him a chance. So cute.
lol he was pretty funny in this one

The Buick is still waiting for a new engine. Thanks for watching

Your heart had to have swelled up with pride when AJ said " hes was almost ready to be like you." Thats the good stuff right there.
AJ, your the man!! Love listening to ya tell your side of fixing that truck. Kent I think your gonna have another you tube creator on your hands!! 😂

I had another one go to Japan! It’s a little sad knowing you will probably never see them again. Thanks for watching!
AJ is an up and coming STAR!!! LETS GO AJ
Thanks!
We have no trouble believing AJ has trouble keeping quiet. 😂 What a kid.
Corie’s Custom Garage would love that truck because of all the patina (rust). His wife Hannah has a awesome Chief that is diesel. I would love to have that truck and I would just clear coat it.
AJ! You are just like me. I could never be quiet while hunting either.

Score one for AJ! 👏👏👏. AJ and Woody are stars!
Hey Guy's
Hi Greg
Hard to believe how attached we get to our old iron ,I haven't sold any in years, but I'm running out of room I recently started stacking them.
I need to get a 4 post lift so I can stack some!
It's a sickness...
This video will be priceless in time to cool.
I was thinking the same thing! Probably will not be my most popular videos but I am glad I made it.
"Long May You Run, Long May You Run"

"I can't stay quiet". That is so my grandson CJ. He can't stay quiet to save his life. 😅
I use to have a 69 dodge step side. I wish i still had it.
