these cars are pretty good for those who want a first vehicle, pretty low maintenance and very good on fuel. I myself have a 2016 prius c going on two years now and i have no complaints :)

Question please. I weigh 179 and 5-7 foot tall. Based on that, do you think I’d be comfortable sitting all day on the driver’s seat? I drive for a living and I work 12 to 14 hours a day.

I own the 2016 Prius C2 and the 2018 Rav4 Hybrid. I much prefer driving the Prius for the milage and everything else. Thanks for taking the time to review this car and get the word out. One tip however perhaps you should consider using the EV when parked or say at the drive thru it will save not only gas but keep a little more carbon out of the atmosphere.

Thanks for posting this. I drive a 2013 Prius C, and love it. The only maintenance thing has been the 12-volt battery; had to replace it for the second time last winter. Other than that, nine years with nothing but oil changes and tires. And the gas mileage is insane, especially for in town driving.

Just bought a 2014 Prius C (hybrid) w/94K. I do not necessarily like all the electronics, but I guess I’ll get use to it as I did my previous cars. Happy Driving 🚗 🚙 🚘. My car will be used to go work, shopping & church - each less that 5-15 mins from where I live. I had a 2013 Mazda 2 w/only 44,850 miles on it and I wasn’t looking to buy another car, but it was involved in an accident that
crushed both doors, at the bottom, on the passenger side and cracked the center beam- UNSALVAGEABLE🤕🤕🤕🤕👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽.

Yes, Prius-Cs are such great cars. I haven't had any problems over the past 4 years. Only 1 flat tire. Literally it just needs oil changes and tire rotations and air filters changed. It's such a cheap car to maintain too. Enjoy your car!

I have a red 2013 Toyota Prius C with 49,000 miles on it. I drove it From the Panhandle of Florida to Michigan ,straight through, 17 hours(1,100 miles), no problems. I was getting about 48.5 mpg average on the trip. And 50 mpg on the way back to Florida. It drove seamless and was actually a comfortable ride with the fabric seats. I just seen a 2012 Prius C on fb marketplace in FL with 334,000 miles go for almost $6000!

Excellent video and very detailed. I just bought a 2013 Prius Four with 43,000 miles. It drives like new. I’m the second owner. It has leather seats, heated seats, sunroof, moon roof, and car play. The driver’s seat is a lot more comfortable than my 2009 Prius, which I traded for 2017 RAV4 after putting on that Prius over 306,000 miles without any major issues. I sold my Pick up and Minivan before buying my 2013 Prius because there’s vehicles drink gas until they get drunk. My saving was going down. But after buying my 2013 Prius, my saving is slowly but surely going up again. I forgot to mention that I use my 2013 Prius for a living. I deliver food for door dash and Grubhub. Are you ready for this. I’ve been driving this car for one month only and I already put 5,500 miles on it. Oh yes. I work 12 to 14 hours a day delivering food. The more I drive, the more I save gas. I constantly put it on Eco mode, except when I get on the highway, I switch it to the power mode so I don’t get hit by ding dong people that drive like jerks. Once I get it to the speed I want, I switch it back to the eco mode. I will never ever buy any car but a Prius. It’s the world most reliable car.

I have a 2012 Prius C Two with 49k miles. I originally purchased because I had a daily commute of 40 miles. A couple years after I purchased the car I was able to work from home. It’s been trouble free the entire time. At almost exactly the 8 year mark of ownership, the auxiliary battery had to be replaced. I also replaced the wheel covers and the tail light housing. I haven’t had any major mechanical issues. My local Toyota dealer has found no issues with the car. It’s a popular car in Asia, which allowed me to find many options for replacing the head unit. I added a new 9 inch Android Head unit with a faceplate designed for this model Prius C and a back-up camera. It has wireless CarPlay and Android auto. I must say the new Corolla Cross Hybrid has my attention. 😊

I have a 2012 Prius C and it is very basic indeed. Though I loved the original design, it’s very cute but with the newer ones just kinda made it uglier. I gotten it for free because a friend of mine gave it to me due to the fact that it had a broken electric power steering but my dad and his partner are mechanics and helped me fix the problem. He let it keep it because he just got over with it and gotten a new car.
It has 150,000 miles, and I would mostly like to drive it in hybrid mode as I’m saving more gas. Though since I’m too familiar with gas cars, I’m not basically good with braking but once over a while I could get used to it. I would definitely prefer this as a good perfect car for a basic teenager, as you don’t usually waste more gas every day.
