What is it with people hating on these celebrities? This is not supposed to be a professional makeup tutorial. It's supposed to be women talking to women about how to apply makeup quickly, easily and on the go. I don't know anyone who apply makeup as you're actually supposed to when they have 10 mins in the morning to get ready... do you? Also, IF one or two of these celebrities own a beauty company of any kind, that does not mean that they are professionals in applying makeup and skincare. I don't get why people ask to see how celebrities apply makeup, how they take care of their skin, bla bla bla, and then when you get to se how they do it, you criticize them for not doing it right? IT'S THEIR WAY OF DOING IT!
I know right?!! In fact this is a much realistic makeup routine for working women because not all women has time to sit down for two hours doing makeup in the morning. This is why I never understand the beauty gurus makeup routines. I only have few minutes maybe an hour max to do my makeup. In the end, I rely mostly on my skincare, not makeup.
Sophie chsw You don't put moisturizer after you apply foundation, concealer, highlight, bronzer, and blush. What she did was ridiculous she might as well not have even put on moisturizer.
Blue post it notes, she doesn't have heavy makeup on. Plus, the moisturizer is not even that thick. It's just the same as spraying a hydrating face mist.
I do the exact same thing as she does and it gives it a much more "undone" look. It's a good trick if thats what you're going for. If you're going for a full face makeup look with flawless skin, then don't do it. Simple. But the fact here is that she isn't wrong for applying her makeup like that, if that's what works for her Blue Post it notes

She does her makeup so haphazardly, it always surprises me that she comes out with some of the best makeup products (high end or drugstore.) And to hear people saying they don’t have time to put some makeup on always makes me laugh. No one is too busy to throw on some makeup, answer texts, workout, read at night, have down time, etc.... if you say you are too busy for anything and everything, you are full of it. It’s called time management and we all are capable of doing it. Tapping on anything to rehydrate after using product, I agree gives the face a beautiful glow.
okay I tried the ""tap, tap, tap" moisturizer trick and it really worked. I used a tiny bit of coconut oil and it refreshed my face pretty well. and I finally just got a Flower lipstick which I love- cool color.
