Only one thing I would mention. The foam rings should be soaked in the oil that is in the casting. So on the damper side the 5wt and on the air side the 20wt.

I'm asking because I'm thinking about creating an application which does this for you from getting data from Strava and notifies if you are reaching a certain hours.

One correction: Fox oils are called 20wt and 5wt, I always missed the "t" in the pronunciation. Beside that, happy maintenance and good luck! 😉

40 hours! :O I did 1750 km this year with the Fox 32, which is approx. 120 hours.
