I'm not 100% sure but for the special short bus riders . the 250 is probably his wife's bike hint baby second hint pink tape thanks for the video. some people only hear what they want and then that's all they can concentrate on.

I just removed the fender and mounted the stock license plate bracket to the under tray.

what if you push that white remaining tape thru upper hole on the applicator, that hole must have some purpose
I used tape with the same applicator and since there's no even pressure on the tape, it doesn't adhere properly and wrinkles like crazy.
Simple solution I found (similar to the Tapeworks tool) is to apply a square of Velcro (the soft side) on the application surface. Initially I thought my tape was bad but this method applied it perfectly!
you have so many fingers, just trace the tape with one, or do it slowly and after some inches retrace the tape with finger or some cloth

Me and my dad tried and repeatedly screwed up at this, then i found this video and we thought it was brilliant, untill we hit a wheelwheight. But we managed to get it on there anyways, it turned out good.

Hey thanks for the video. I watched this and one other before attempting the installation. . . well, there is a learning curve I will say. I goobered up the first go with the tape in wrong with the appl. Watched your vid again and got it right but I still couldn't get the tape to go on perfect and without slight bubbles showing up. I think I'm gonna have to drop more $$ on a couple addt'l tape rings to get it right. Wasted this ring. Sorry, I must not be as good as your mom but I also want it to look perfect. Thanks for the help.

what do you do when you come across the balancing weights
If it's in the way you could mark the spot on the rim where the weight is installed, remove it and replace it when finished. The stick on wheel weights are cheap.

First two attempts were successful. 3rd attempt while holding the video camera didn't come out as good but good enough for a ninja 250 with pink rim tape. ;^)
