Fawcett Comics should have won the Captain Marvel lawsuit. They had the Captain Marvel character and the Captain Marvel name first. That was really stupid of DC Comics for stealing the rights to the Captain Marvel character and changing Captain Marvel's name to Shazam. And that was really stupid of Marvel Comics for stealing the rights to the Captain Marvel name. DC and Marvel need to be sued. And by the way, Shazam is the name of the Wizard, not Billy Batson's alter ego.
