The Darkseid that you see is just a projection or a persona of the real Darkseid. The true form of Darkseid is much larger than that... kinda like an "Essence"... a literal god entity that has no physical form. But when Batman wasn't bluffing at the "Projection form" of Darkseid, he was actually threatening to harm Darkseids true body.... inside the planet itself. That is what makes Batman unique, he is just a mortal human being.... but his mind.... and his will makes him scary.
Such great writing, along with the fact that the actor did a great take for the final line. You can really tell Bruce got the idea to trick Cluemaster by playing into his ego. "No topic is off limits ?" "History, science, literature !" "Music, Biology, *current events* ?" "ANYTHING !!!"
When he stayed with ace....tears legit cleared my eyes... that's something that goes down everyday."being afraid to die alone".(34 yr old man sayin this)
There's a theme here. Bruce uses his opponents hubris against them. When the villian is about to win, it's when their guard is down. That's when he strikes hardest. The White martians, Injustice, Clue Master... even himself! Bruce is sneaky~
The Batman vs Batman is one of the well written pieces ever! You can see that the screen alternates when the other Batman speaks as if it was his own inner subconscious...just pure genius!
During injustice Batman Was greatly powered down in terms of smarts and he still won I did enjoy the storyline and accepted that this wasn't Regular Batman . . . However sometimes Superman was saved due to plot convenience on multiple occasions
9:48 i remember that episode clearly from when i was a kid, and i remember when injustice came out thinking "Didn't they do that already?" There's no way they didn't take heavy inspiration from that episode, the only major change is the side that injustice batman is on
Batman is the greatest Superhero of all time. A terrible tragedy happened to him but instead of letting the situation control him, he got up, stopped whining and took control of the situation and set meaningful goals for himself. Batman can own anything and everything and yet he chooses to spend his money on charity and on his mission as Batman to rid the world of crime sacrificing his body, health, joy and peace in the process. He is our collective rage at injustice and oppression. He is a man searching the dark alleys of his mind to bring balance to an unjust world. He is a social activist. When we step back to gaze long upon the great Batman tapestry, when we look for the common thread woven through it by Kane, Finger, Fox, O’Neil, Englehart, and that endless line of creators, those who have come and gone as well as those who are still weaving, what do we see? We see a hero. We see someone we’d want on our side, a figure we’d love to call forth from our shadows and hurl at those who would do us wrong. We see that part of ourselves that wants to scare all of life’s bullies away, and we like it. He is driven. He is like a revolutionary who stands up to tyrants or the activists who fight against great odds to make this world a better place. Out of tragedy, great good can arise.
That batman vs darkseid moment is so epic and one of the best batman moments i have seen, i wish they would portray batman more in that manner on screen

One of my favorite moments of Batman and his genuine care for people is his moments with Ace as she passes on. He knew he was going to be with her. He let her into his mind, a rare thing. She sensed his intent and knew she would be safe. Batman understood her more than anyone and she was glad to have someone else who knew things like she did. At the end, he held her like his own child. A moment that all who were present saw what Batman fought for.
He praises the humans willingness to kill their own kind to win wars. Something that doesn’t make much sense since Krypton did have a civil war before it exploded
Batman is of course the most human of the league but also his actions as a superhero are what defines humanities greatest strengths. Ingenuity, courage, and compassion.
Flash: Hold on a second here. What about the whole secret identity thing? I mean, I trust you guys, but I'm not sure I'm ready to... Batman: [points at Flash] Wally West, [points at Superman] Clark Kent,... [removes mask, revealing another mask] 0:32
Ace's death and how batman handled it showed how good justice league could of been and still gets me to cry knowing a 10 year old with power of creation couldnt save her self.
3:10 Oh God OH GOD this is not normal. When I hear among us I’m thinking of…. im thinking offfff offfffffffff, oh God here it comes… *moments of silent* AMONGUS
How Batman handled ace was likely the single greatest piece of storytelling in history, I damn near cried… and I haven’t cried over anything since I was 6 or 7
Let's be COMPLETELY clear. Every single Batman lover knows as well as all the haters...if they gave batman a fraction of ANY of the other powers, it would render the rest of the justice league almost unneeded a majority of the time. And there wouldn't be a show. BATMAN is a complete all around badass MF.
The writing for Batman is inconsistent to say the least. I'd say generally Wonder Woman is a darker character as she has no problem killing people when needed but Batman is usually portrayed as not willing to go there.
I think the made argument that he is largely inconsistent due to writers and who he is beating is well a not very solid argument. Though I agree as for any character(Including The Batman) when a different writter picks up a character it will differ from others which may land in inconsistency; However, batman is always protrayed as someone with limits that can use the better of his knowledge and skill to win even fight he physically can't win and could never win. Batman can and has always been a person who can read people and planned for the worst including in himself. Especially our Bruce , so while the inconsistency exists no character especially FLASH 😂 is excluded and doesnt make them any less cool. As for WW being the darkest leauger? I would disagree to a point. The amazons in general have a kinda dark history more or less just on the fucked up side lol and she has some issues where it's "dark" but a large bit of them imo are just boring despite her warrior culture and the acceptances in killing.
There are plenty of Superheroes who kill, but aren't considered killers. Captain America, Wonder Woman, Thor, etc. With them however, they aren't as steeped in the dark as Batman is, so are much more capable of judging the situation fairly at all times. Batman, however, is ruled and governed by his personal trauma. He sacrificed any chance at a normal life when he made Bruce Wayne his persona, and Batman his true nature. He knows that if he kills, the trauma that drives him will prevent him for being able to correctly judge the situation in future scenarios. The killing in itself isn't what makes a superhero dark. But their general attitude, methods and personal convictions around such a deed determine if it's something they should ever do.
@@bricefoxx3402 The Amazonians are very dark. They climb onboard of any ship crossing by, have sex with the men, and then slaughter the crew and sinking the boat. If they give birth to a male, they kill the male off and only the women survive. It’s a stupid rule and personal trauma shouldn’t be a reason to kill innocent boys. Had they kept the boys I’m sure the women on the island would’ve found their lives to be a lot happier
@@seandabest4329 I never understood the no killing rule. Call me dark minded or whatever but there are scenarios where you need to take matters into your own hands. Especially when innocent lives are at risk. Had Batman killed the joker after a certain point, hundreds if not thousands of lives would’ve been saved. But Batman chose the Joker over the lives of the innocent. I see it this way and I would blame Batman for not making the choice. Batman wouldn’t be like the street thugs or any other criminal. He’s not doing it for personal gain. He’s doing it to save the lives of other people. That is why I think Batman is flawed
The guy that voiced him in The Batman (Rino Romano) also voiced Spider-Man in Spider-Man Unlimited and in the video games Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro.
@@SFgamer Nah, it's plot armor. That's why people who can turn batman into mush with 0 effort has to be nerfed physically and intellectually during any theoretical match up with him. It's why Superman has to go up close to fight him when honestly he could fly up and just zap batman down immediately. It's why every time theres a Batman vs Ironman thread, Ironman suddenly decides to stay grounded to allow himself to get hacked or whatever when he's constantly depicted in the air during fights. Simply put Batman just has a superhuman ability to turn everyone he fights into idiots.

When Batman recited the Hellspore code, You could see Darksied turn around and be like “Hold up, you’ve got my attention”.
The death of Ace always causes me to cry
My favorite one was when Batman was Blocking his real thoughts 💭 when Martian Manhunter tried to read his mind 😮🥶
Yeah, that's one of my favorites too.
But when he was facing Ace, he allowed her to read his mind... tells you how much he was affected with what is happening with her... like you said, he doesn't even let Martian Manhunter read his mind...
Casually blocking MM's telepathy is only the second most impressive feat in that story. The best is at the end when MM takes him to the Watchtower for the first time to show it off and convince him to join the newly forming JL, and Batman immediately takes over all the Watchtower systems and reveals he's known about it for months and long since hacked into everything.
The one dislike is from Darkseid
😂🙌
Ace's scene is always the sadest batman moment I have seen. It hits on so many emotional levels and demonstrates who batman truly is.
Hearing a child say they are scared and they want to to stay with them. No one can refuse. My heart broke for ace in that episode
Aww im surprised you didnt include the one scene where batman manages to outsmart a guy who could turn back time, thinking he knows batmans next move but batman always switches it up.
Yes, in The Batman TV Series, Seconds Episode. That's good suggestion 😃🙌
Honestly, I was always disappointed Batman didn't resolve it sooner. All he had to do was construct a situation where the guy got trapped more than 20 seconds before becoming aware of it.
04:13, he could've escaped but wanted to keep an eye on those clowns, his own words, badass
Such great writing, along with the fact that the actor did a great take for the final line. You can really tell Bruce got the idea to trick Cluemaster by playing into his ego.
"No topic is off limits ?"

First,he places his hand under a table, and then flips it over.
I has really hoping this was just a compilation of batman flipping tables
😂😂 100% Correct
When you gain the respect of Darkseid, you have achieved something
😎
When he stayed with ace....tears legit cleared my eyes... that's something that goes down everyday."being afraid to die alone".(34 yr old man sayin this)
Awww 🥺🥺 ur right too
There's a theme here. Bruce uses his opponents hubris against them. When the villian is about to win, it's when their guard is down. That's when he strikes hardest. The White martians, Injustice, Clue Master... even himself! Bruce is sneaky~
When the Villain is about to win, it's the time their guard is lowest ~ Tobirama Senju
It takes a monster to save the world, from itself.
The Batman vs Batman is one of the well written pieces ever! You can see that the screen alternates when the other Batman speaks as if it was his own inner subconscious...just pure genius!
During injustice Batman Was greatly powered down in terms of smarts and he still won
I did enjoy the storyline and accepted that this wasn't Regular Batman . . . However sometimes Superman was saved due to plot convenience on multiple occasions
The two batmen talk like brothers and i love it
5:22 I laugh so hard at his smirk lol.
The best Hero of all Times, batman
I’ve watched the scene with ace soooo many times, yet I still can’t see it with tearing up.😭
Where are the scenes of HISHE Batman turning the tables ?
😂😂
YESSSSS
9:16 me when I go get a snack and hear my brother grab my xbox controller
😂😂 Chill Bro
😂😂🤣😂
9:48 i remember that episode clearly from when i was a kid, and i remember when injustice came out thinking "Didn't they do that already?" There's no way they didn't take heavy inspiration from that episode, the only major change is the side that injustice batman is on
Do you know what series or movie that is from
@@jakehart1543 the show is called "Justice league" and the episode is "justice lords"
We see that part of ourselves that wants to scare all of life’s bullies away,
and we like it. He is driven. He is like a revolutionary who stands up to tyrants or the activists who fight against great odds to make this world a better place. Out of tragedy, great good can arise.
I've never been a fan of DC but really Batman is such a great character, he is my fav hero of all time lol
Batman has plot armor too sometimes, but... It's a badass plot armor.
I love Batman. I love that he works in the darkness both physically and metaphorically
That batman vs darkseid moment is so epic and one of the best batman moments i have seen, i wish they would portray batman more in that manner on screen
I love the detail that when ace asks if he could stay with her, batman doesn't even HESITATE
The thing with Ace in the Justice League cartoon is one of my favorite Batman moments, and something that truly shows who the Dark Knight really is. Love it.
I was once a quizzing prodigy.. I also lost a decisive game becsue I answered one question wrong which I know in reality but couldn't answer when I need it .. it cost me my entire confidence and opportunities after that... I can really feel how clue master felt ..
I am very happy about your Knowledge and Intelligence but you cannot let a single defeat end your whole World and what you worked for, We have to move on and move forward. You can do it 😃💪
One of my favorite moments of Batman and his genuine care for people is his moments with Ace as she passes on.
I am indead suprised that you don't get more views.
Thank You for believing in my content. I will keep creating more quality content. 💛🙌

Ok that was a celever move...! I didn't see that coming ..!
I find it hilarious that darksied the god of chaos praises Batman and doesn’t for superman really show Batman’s real power
He praises the humans willingness to kill their own kind to win wars. Something that doesn’t make much sense since Krypton did have a civil war before it exploded
@@snakevenom4954 superman was just a baby at that war so it really doesn’t count for him since he doesn’t start wars
9:08 the way he turns his head has me dead
It always amazed me how he could take on all characters in all situations where he could be two steps ahead of others.
R.I.P Kevin Conroy you will be dearly missed.
The scene with ace makes me cry every time cause he knew he couldn’t save her and it hurt him.
same man the 2004 batman was my favorite, I loved it more then the other batman tv shows till this very day
"The yellow sun is exposed revitalizing the Justice League."
So Superman? Lol, I like how he's the only one that really matters here.
Batman is of course the most human of the league but also his actions as a superhero are what defines humanities greatest strengths. Ingenuity, courage, and compassion.

Just like Hatake Kakashi 😂
Little Aces story still makes me cry to this day when I see it
0:13 he has more power than we can ever imagine so I’m calling bull
This is why batman in my #1 favorite in the DC universe
Ace's death and how batman handled it showed how good justice league could of been and still gets me to cry knowing a 10 year old with power of creation couldnt save her self.
No matter how many time I watch ACE and Batman scene I'll cry..
Batman: name the true identity of...the batman.
Me: Ooo- *cough cough, sips orange juice* ...ahem. Ooooooooohh
Ace's death Always bring's me tears. Best Video ever
Revitalization of the Justice League. Superman = Justice League
3:10 Oh God OH GOD this is not normal. When I hear among us I’m thinking of…. im thinking offfff offfffffffff, oh God here it comes… *moments of silent* AMONGUS
Batman and Barbara Minerva would have made a great couple.
Heart of gold got me 😭 I haven’t even seen the episode and I can already figure out the rest
7:15 would have meant more if Batman would have taken off his mask and sat with her.
it was such a sad moment.
If it makes it any sadder technically batman could have blocked her mind reading but he let her read his mind and know his identity and past
How Batman handled ace was likely the single greatest piece of storytelling in history, I damn near cried… and I haven’t cried over anything since I was 6 or 7
True. That was Epic
Also him vs ace was the most powerful episode of all. I just wish they could of had ace become a anti villain since she was such a cool charater
The writing for Batman is inconsistent to say the least. I'd say generally Wonder Woman is a darker character as she has no problem killing people when needed but Batman is usually portrayed as not willing to go there.
Yeah, in Injustice Comic Series he states that 'it is what keeping us sane and different from them, without self-rules it all become meanings-less
I just read the title of the video and I never knew Batman is also a DJ. Badass!
Good vid!
Definitely subbed ! Great video and narrative voice 👌
Thank You Man 🤗
Not at all afraid to admit that I flat out UGLY cry every time I see the Ace's Death scene.
Batman's voice when confronting Clue Master...so CUTE
The guy that voiced him in The Batman (Rino Romano) also voiced Spider-Man in Spider-Man Unlimited and in the video games Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro.
Batman turns the tables with an overwhelming amount of plot armor
No. It's not plot armor, like most of you assume. Every protagonist has some level of plot armor.
In his case, it's his cunning.
@@teod1298 wdym nerfed? he’s just smarter than most entities
Actually it's kevlar.
