Salvaggio was fired on Friday. In his tenure, he is responsible for false arrests, fraudulent search warrants, perjury to a Federal Judge during a deposition, interjecting himself into governance, attempted to become City Manager the day before an election where those who supported him were voted out by over 70% of the vote, and this month attempted to extort council first with a departure agreement demanding 160K, then retracting and demanding over 700K. Salvaggio is a defendant, along with the City of Leon Valley in multiple lawsuits for civil rights violations, false arrest, excessive force and entrapment. Yet, during this entire time KSAT didn't cover any of it and probably won't. KSAT is a joke.
Leon Valley cops have to worry about all kinds the things. last thing they need is for a flood of phone calls 1 210 684 8897 that will cause cops to be upset. the court house at 6400 El Verde Road, Leon Valley, TX 78238 1 210 684 1391 are also having a hard time answering a fluid of call. We must all remember …….its just part of the officers training including cops that protect your Judge's in the court house. Currently Leon valley cops are requesting additional support from Olmos Park Officers.
That Chief should be fired again to violated people rights especially the First Amendment we have the right to record on public now all of a sudden inside the lobby is a courtroom that's BS they're going to get a very good hard lesson and they have to retrain all those officers they going to get a very heavy lawsuit coming
From the videos I've seen of the chief and his department assaulting and violating the rights of citizens I believe the chief actually did cheat on that exam. How else to explain such ignorance of the law and cituzens' rights?

Seizing 696 vehicles in 2017 that generated $110,000 in storage fee revenue and approximately another $150,000 when they auctioned off property from within vehicles and over 300 vehicles actually auctioned off. There's something very nefarious playing out in LV. I'd bet that's why the police department is in a full on war with camera'd citizens. Their cameras and the potential of uncovering malfeasance and criminality is quite high.
The only reason why Joseph Salvaggio left the other department was because too many complaints were being brought up against him too much corruption now he's got the power to corrupt the police department at Leon Valley
