I would like to see a story on all the lawsuits being filed against Leon Valley for violating people's constitutional rights. Where's your coverage on that
Chad Mandry, this was awesome- step up, from what you did to me. You guys should see how my home was burglerized- and a eviction? I was tried and judged on my lawn, and threatened to be taken to jail, for trespassing in my home. My neighbors just did the same thing- entered my home through the back door in nov. 2019, and ever took a home tour- Mandry did not do to him what he did to me- singled out because I suffer from PTSD- from my near death experience- after being strangled, domestic Violence. After, was in hiding for a few months and my husband, sadly suffered a heart attack.- so was granted a TRO Exparte-, as I it's my right to the peaceful enjoyment of our home- and no, He instead aided the ex spouse and her adult children with burglarizing the estate, and that of all my property, vandelized my home, and now- I am facing losing my home, as I could not afford housing bill to rent a place and my mortgage- I pray I do not lose my home- and all this because of retaliation of my request for police dept to get training- The only leadership role I respect is a few council individual- and Mayor Riley. She has taught me so much about what it means to lead- she does it with good old fashion, salt of the earth kind of qualities, integrity, respect, honesty- even if she does not know the answer, love her honesty and dedication to finding it and pointing me to who can help me- sadly, it's was fruitless, as haters hate- and never not once has Mayor Riley, ever lowered herself professionally or ethically, and when it comes to trust in our community, it's sad that is found in individuals - far and few in between. - it's not in our police dept.- and its sad- because such opportunity to train those who are keeping the peace, not creating a hostile community. I like Chief McManus, there is a lot to say about leaders who lead, with doing the right thing, because its who you are- not because of conditioning to protect your fellow brother or sister who serves along side of you to corruption. or to hurting innocent people who have done the right thing- but because of a mistake, can't man up and own it? We are better than that, and wish we all back the blue- and the blue all back the rights to citizens in our community, and stop the retaliation, adding police reports or falsifying the report to read as you like- let me right a report and share my 2 cents about the behaviors and lack of training I encountered. As, it's very scary to live in a community where if you voice an idea- your cars will be towed and then.. and then and... You end up losing everything you own and homeless. No one wins in this one, this was gross intentional infliction of serious life altering, hurtful ignorance of grown up bullies using the power of a badge,, that which is a symbol of respect, and pure super hero power, that if not respected with pride and effective responsibility, you are not deserving of the prestigious police officers that serve and protect. Prayers for our young adults, who serve, always do the right thing, be couragous.
