- The Leon Valley police chief has requested an outside agency look at some private emails between several city board members, two active City Council members and the mayor to determine if any laws were broken.

Salvagio cheated on his captain exam
Allegedly when he work for the city of San Antonio he cheated on the exam. It is said that he is being groomed for public office in the state legislature. The police Union supposedly spent $800,000 defending him to keep his job. He later resigned when he received the job offer as chief of Leon Valley PD.
so the chief wants to go after the city hall for some thing his office does routinely.
Chief Salvagina and other Leon Valley officers have a federal lawsuit filed against them by multiple people for violating their rights. The federal judge overseeing the lawsuit has put the lawsuit on hold. The reason the lawsuit has been placed on hold is because several of those people have trumped-up charges filed against them placed on them by Salvagina. The case cannot proceed until those cases have been cleared. Salvagina is refusing to release information including emails in those cases.
Justin Pulliam requested it yes they violated the law

The whole town needs to be investigated. . The things that the police chief is asking about is things he is guilty of himself.

The people of Leon Valley were finally able to offer their views in yesterday's election. Those that removed Benny Martinez have been ousted and I would think that Chief Salvaggio's job are potentially on the line, including the one he was given by these same ousted council members the day before the election. Leon Valley local government appears to have been rotten to the core but the citizens look to have taken it back.
