As someone who bought a vacant home last summer ( hoarder home yikes) I can tell you that this work was so extremely appreciated by the owner. It took weeks to be able to just mow the lawn, and I'm STILL working on the landscaping a year later. When you buy a vacant home like that, you have so much work to do on the interior, the landscaping is the last thing you want to spend money on. You saved him so much time and money and are taking so much off his mental load.
so very true… am 5 yrs into rehabilitating what was a neglected, overgrown property … it had invasive bamboo (growing up through deck, under the shed & into HVAC ducts!) covered in invasive ivy, several diseased oaks, nuisance liquid amber trees (I removed) pine trees … wind storm took down one of those… EVERY tree (at least 50 or more) all encircled by ivy vines … so thick, some looked like tree trunks! … this is just a partial list of what we took on … whew!
I don't see many people talk about this, but the dedication to getting the shot is impressive. Constantly switching tools to keep the same area in frame probably takes way longer than just doing the full yard with that tool Shout out to you for all the extra effort to make the content better

I just want to commend you for the service that you’re providing for your community and people who really need it. I don’t know why exactly but I love watching the transformations. I’m a 72 year old woman and I used to love to mow my yard. I had a failed back surgery over a year ago and can barely walk. I’m getting surgery once again in hopes I’ll be walking soon. This yard was actually really crazy tall. There is one before shot from the front of the house where you cannot tell there is a house there. I think the thing I am most impressed with is your constant attention to detail. When you cut down a plant that is growing up the side of the house or up a fence, you make sure to pull down the plant also. This one was certainly an amazing transformation! Great work, Spencer, I am sure the neighbors and the new owner are very pleased with all you did to clean up this yard.

You are definitely meticulous and you go above & beyond! I would LOVE to see some of these mowing transformations finished off with pressure washing too! Spencer, it is amazing work that you do and I do enjoy watching your videos. My concern is why none of the neighbours around neglected properties like this don't work together to keep it cleaned up. If I lived next door to something like this, and knew it was empty, I would do my best to keep that yard up as well as my own! Having a property like this one and like so many of the others that you have personally cleaned up is not only an eyesore when it is so overgrown but it also brings down property values! I really hate the mentality of "not my problem", because it is their problem if they choose to ignore this and their own property value plummets. Whether the property is abandoned, between owners/tenants or is owned by an elderly or disabled person...help them out!!! Thank you for doing all that you do!

Spencer, the overgrowth on this lawn was shocking - we literally could *not* see the house from the street! If the new owner restores the house, it will be a pretty property. Kudos!

I remember when I was about 17 I worked for a lawn service for a couple months and the satisfaction I felt when we cleaned up a property like these for a new homeowner was the greatest! Oh man these are all so satisfying. I love watching your transformations. A lot of people on YT do these now but I’ve noticed the different levels of quality of work. You are definitely meticulous and you go above & beyond! I would LOVE to see some of these mowing transformations finished off with pressure washing too! I always imagine how nice they’ll look with that added in!

Hey Spencer. What a dramatic transformation! You can actually SEE there's a house. My little neighborhood had a similar property. You only know there is a house is a bit of driveway and garage peeking out. You're a wonderful young man and helps me keep the faith there are still good and kind people in the world.

It's too bad I haven't seen anyone helping out like they do in N.H. I'm disabled and it takes me 3 days to mow. Have a bad back, knees and shoulders. Arthritis and sciatica throughout body. You do an awesome job and so proud you help ppl
Spencer, it is amazing work that you do and I do enjoy watching your videos. My concern is why none of the neighbours around neglected properties like this don't work together to keep it cleaned up. If I lived next door to something like this, and knew it was empty, I would do my best to keep that yard up as well as my own! Having a property like this one and like so many of the others that you have personally cleaned up is not only an eyesore when it is so overgrown but it also brings down property values! I really hate the mentality of "not my problem", because it is their problem if they choose to ignore this and their own property value plummets. Whether the property is abandoned, between owners/tenants or is owned by an elderly or disabled person...help them out!!! Thank you for doing all that you do!
