I'm not sure how they match to things to the over world, in La Giars your guys usually measure things based on the presence of their magic power, but when they come out to the surface they drop that measurement rate so it's not like a direct comparison is ever made. Naturally in La Giars there is pretty much nothing (to your guys) that matches the energy of the Gods.
Man oh man. How is Hyper Sonic Wave NOT full form Vokruss's strongest attack?? That is by far its best looking attack and the only one to give it a cut in.
When we drop the magic measurement out of the way, it seems that Volkruss is only 'godly' at a subterranean world scale while things like the Gan Edens is on the planetary scale while the Keisar Ephes (Gebel using Dis Lev as steroids) is on the galactic scale.
