I've been a fan of Boy George since I was a teen. I'm replying to this post Aug 4, 2020 and I'm 53. When my mother offered to send me to the UK to visit family members I refused to get on an air plane. I haven't ever been out of the United States in spite of being on an air plane years later as an adult; prior to moving to Atlanta, GA in 2005. While in High School, I had worn diverse styles including wearing a over sized sweater I purchased from the Sycamore Shop in Glendale Mall. Often paired with my above ankle pants. A style I claimed to myself associated with being a Boy George Fan. As a teen, I also had worn multi color eye liner and makeiup as well. But my style didn't come across as puck rocker nor wild, just a little settle that reflected my interest. In addition to wearing large pearls in High School. various metals and gem stone in High School. Yes, I'm still. a George Micheal fan.

I REALLY enjoyed his music as a kid. One of my favorite songs by him was "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me?" and of course you can't forget about "Karma Chameleon" which my boyfriend likes. I always say, "I'M PROUD TO BE AN OLD-SCHOOL PERSON!!" IT'S THE BEST WAY TO BE!!
