Peridot Searching

An animatic I made a while ago. This was sometime after Jailbreak, where we were left with Peridot's ship crashing and her escaping in a pod. I liked to imagine that she was Just Done with Everything. She'd travel the world and try to relax.
So she gets a bike and rides and rides. She finds Earth is more than just Stevens and jerk gems. She actually kind grows to like it! One day she stumbles on Kindergarten. Upon entering, it detects her presence and automatically reactivates. Having to act fast, Peridot engages the self destruct. The blast destroys Kindergarten, but also causes her to recede into her gem.
With her remaining prosthetics, she makes her journey back "home", or, where she thinks she may be welcome again. To her joy, all the gems are there and welcome her with open arms!
Yeah this was made making a lot of assumptions and such. OH WELL! Also this was kind of taken from my own experiences after being completely frustrated with work, quitting, and traveling around Europe on a bike. But I didn't explode a Kindergarten, much less find one.

Music is "Jesu bleibet meine freunde" by JS Bach. Arranged for piano by Myra Hess and performed by Shiro Sagisu. This version was on the End of Evangelion soundtrack.

I really like this animatic, but there's something confusing me.
Why does Peridot remove her limbs before activating the self-destruct?

she possibly set the thing to self-destruct but it required the button to still be pressed so she probably preset her Limb Enhancer to an "Auto-Pilot" mode while she got to a relatively safe distance to not die in the explosion.

zott grammes the main one is dragonspyro98 he actually says it's yours but only at the bottom of the description after copying your description and he links you once in the comment but because of just copying your description it sounds like he's saying he did it. It also has 99,088 views so if you really are the animator then I feel hella bad for you I know how hard it is to do that stuff. I think you've been screwed over
