In the travel section, I mentioned the use of the PTV Myki card and the daily cap being $8.80. Didn’t realise I made it come across as $880 🤪 My bad 🙏🏽
The maximum you can spend for a day is $8.80 🚉
Hey there! There are rules like you mentioned about the noise levels inside the dorms, however during the start of end of semester, people usually party and celebrate a lot which could cause some noise.
Those times you can speak to the people in charge to inform them about the situation and they surely help out.
Am so happy for this video, am planning coming to study here in Monash university Australia this is really an insight for me getting to know which of the hostel to take off campus or on campus. Thank a lot. More videos on way of living inside and outside campus

Hello, I'm going to Peninsula Campus to study business administration. Have you visited the Peninsula Campus because I'm a little hesitant to enrol there?
Is it worth it to attained Monash when you live outside of Melbourne and it takes you about 2.30 hours to get there??
probably not bcz it will take you 4-5 hours approximately to just get to uni and back home. but if you are so passionate about studying there and you know that you can do it then there should be nothing stopping you.
Hi, wondering if there is any difference between the other clayton residential halls and south east flats? Especially in terms of services and furnishings? Thanks for ur video! It was very useful
Hey, thanks for your response. South east flats have more of a private atmosphere rather than the large dorm set up. It’s fully furnished and has similar services. Only difference is that it’s an apartment style accomodation with 2-5 bedrooms, wherein you’ll be sharing the kitchen and toilet/bathroom with only those many people.

do people socialise much living in studio apartments (urban community) in clayton campus? or do people get left out.. or is it better to be in residential village?
It all depends on the personality you have. If you’re out going and like to engage with different opportunities available to you, you will be able to socialise with people regardless of the accomodation you’re in.

The Australian universities anyway not going to give placements right then what is the need to get admission in a good UNIVERSITY instead of it I can go for some other universities with reduced fee

You can use Gumtree, Flatmates or Indians in Melbourne groups on Facebook to look for accomodation

Helloo would it possible for Monash to offer on-campus accommodation to post grad student ( master degree) since I have heard that it tend to prefer for undergrad student?
It’s based on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you apply, the easier it is to get accomodation. It doesn’t matter if you’re doing your masters or bachelors.
