Any tips on helping a arm action that has the elbow go behind the body when trying to scap load. Fixed my outside 90 arm action but dang when I try to scap load it just counter rotates my body and the hand doesn’t stay inside the body. Curious as to what you feel during that phase

Like maybe my perception of scap retraction is skewed or I gotta accelerate my body so the torso doesn’t counter rotate but dang it really reaches back
