It would have been nice to video the garage and workshop to get perspective of the entire property. I also prefer on take style videos because jumping to various rooms during the video doesn't give you an idea of where you are in the property, it would also save time on video editing.
Saw this same property with another real estate a little while ago. Is it the same price or is there a price adjustment ? Needs cosmetics, kitchen gut job. Back kitchen ?? New flooring n wallpaper in most areas. What kind of heat ?

You all have a lot of great properties, but simply sticking a giant TV in every room is not going to sell it to Americans. Better staging furniture, better placement of furniture or professionally done will get it sold. The kind of people who have the money for second homes and France are not gonna like what you all have done and most thread and don’t want to have to start all over again and spend most of their time fixing something up.
I didn't see one TV in that video???? And unfortunately this is France, different ways, different customs and different ideas. And unfortunately home staging isn't really their thing here. And they are not "Aiming" at the American market, they are just wanting to sell to whoever wants to buy it
My apologies, this was obviously not the home video I was watching when I made that comment, I don’t know how it got attached to this video. This is the first French home for sale that I’ve seen emptied. but I have watched quite a few and some of the homes are just a mess or leave a lot of junk and people spend months cleaning them out. Very often they have a large TV stuck in a room and I really thought that was targeting the American market. You are very correct though, there was no TV in this video and my comments certainly did not apply to you. I’m not certain to which video I was responding, I’m just not all that certain how it got attached to this one. It was not the one I watched. Again, my apologies!

Thank you for your feedback! We'll keep that in mind for future videos.
