I couldn’t work out what you were actually getting for your money. If it was just the house and garden it was overpriced as the house looked small because of the low ceilings but what were all the other buildings?

Got lost ...no idea what was behind the kitchen, some bedroom, an utility room? Or were we already upstair? A shame too that the small guest house wasn't filmed...spend way too much time in the garden🤷😢

the real estate business should all be shut down. they are just there to prevent people from bying the houses of the owners. They DO NOT want you contact the owner. they want to overcharge you for the house. This is the rotten sickness of the french house market.

I’ve looked into this extensively but sadly it’s not for me as I would want to live in a rural area and eat out a lot but as a vegan this is just not do-able unless in a city not to mention the hunting folk and I wouldn’t be allowed to earn money from my art hobby. I’d love to learn a language but at 64 I think I would struggle and feel isolated and claustrophobic (I have a vegan friend who managed for 10 years but is coming back to the uk). So I think I best stick to holidays in France 😊

For me this is over done characterless, and soulless. Sad to see so many re done floors in France. Where are the beautiful old slabs or tiles, and where are the old pine boards?

You all have a lot of great properties, but simply sticking a giant TV in every room is not going to sell it to Americans. Better staging furniture, better placement of furniture or professionally done will get it sold. The kind of people who have the money for second homes and France are not gonna like what you all have done and most thread and don’t want to have to start all over again and spend most of their time fixing something up.

Again, better furniture, more antiques couch out of the dining room, it could be a better property. Beautiful stone walls in the living room make it great.

😢 wow, with better furniture (for example, TVs mounted into the wall and off the floor, armoires, instead of dressers and bookshelves, the spare property or gite, could be made into a double garage as most Americans are used to and prefer, g ardens put in and tamed, this would be a great property to enjoy doing the fall and winter with use of rental for spring and summer when the tourist season begins to help pay the cost.

Saw this same property with another real estate a little while ago. Is it the same price or is there a price adjustment ? Needs cosmetics, kitchen gut job. Back kitchen ?? New flooring n wallpaper in most areas. What kind of heat ?

It would have been nice to video the garage and workshop to get perspective of the entire property. I also prefer on take style videos because jumping to various rooms during the video doesn't give you an idea of where you are in the property, it would also save time on video editing.

Only saw 4 bedrooms 1st house kitchen, living 1/2 bath n dining on ground floor. 3 beds n bath on upper. Geit had living room on ground and 1 bedroom n bath on upper level. That's 4 beds not 5.

A lovely, lovely house. A lot of space, nice big garden, we could live there. ❤👍☘️🍀
