Keep sweat out of eyes and glasses while riding MTB or cycling

Do you live in a hot and humid area like I do? I struggled to keep sweat off glasses and goggles until I settled on what works through lots of trial & error. This is a how-to video, but I'm open to new ideas so please share in the comments below if you've found a better mouse trap.
