[Smart Investment] Why Many Youths in Africa Are Investing in Mango Production

Ghana is home to a sizable mango industry, and the production is estimated at 100,000 tons per year. The sector has been growing strongly over the past two decades, and has seen a lot of investments in processing and orchards. Though small farms are responsible for the majority of production, like in surrounding countries, the Ghanaian farms seem to be more professional and larger. Due to rising unemployment rates and economic instability globally, many young graduates in Africa, specifically Ghana, have resorted to agriculture as a way forward. Bro.
