    CBT i is just another tool. It's wrongly applied especially when insomnia is based on hyper-arousal. The CBTi rules become a source of anxiety itself. I hung in there for many months. I actually started to sleep when I said F---k this! Read a book in bed (like I used to) and then I slept.

    I hate how you are always looking down at us. Personally I find it rather irritating.

      Yeah. I don’t find this guy to be trustworthy. He’s just adding more anxiety in order to get you to buy from him. Sad. Decades of Insomnia can be fixed in 7 days DIY with ease.
