Without it, developing companies will continuously reduce quality without anything stopping them, and eventually even you will board the train. I wish they would add more alien weapons. The only additions are human themed items. (Somehow the repair field, should have been more mysterious and similar to the OG) The wonder of the sandbox is quickly diminishing, nothing that makes you question "what does this do?" when you pick it up.

I've been through thick and thin with it and I don't know why I even did, but the only thing that forced me to stop playing Infinite was the death of my Xbox One. Of course right as things start to get better too (even if only a little). I may be down for now, but Stand strong Spartans.

Not enough to excited me for this game, held on till this year, but almost a year to create a single weapon? The game lacks the diversity of alot of the older halos, and don't see them ever releasing a update that'll get it close
I’ve played against him twice. I don’t think he cheats or anything and he is actually good(he’s on par with me and I’m high up there) it’s just the majority of his clips are against no thumbs. Idk how he consistently gets in lobbies with them tho. 1:01 looks like a desync drag shot
MA5K is a cut down version of the original MA5B - it was featured in I think ghosts of onyx as well as fall of reach! Likely going to be insane RPM + high muzzle climb 🧗
Halo Studios knows they will lose all good will if the Avenger isn't a real gun added to Halo Infinite. The worst part is I don't think its abnormal behavior for Halo Studios to trade some short-term hype for a large amount of good will.

Say what you will about H5 multiplayer but no one can deny that H5 had the biggest sand box and the most fun weapons. There were so many fun weapon variants in H5 and it REALLY helped with the longevity of the game imo.

So if we are going to introduce an SMG weapon, can we maybe get a piece of equipment that, then you have it, allows you to duel wield certain weapons at the trade off of not aiming down the sights and possibly a slightly extended reload time? Like when it’s equipped you could walk over to a certain gun, aim down the sight, and while aiming press the equipment button and now you pick it up in your off hand and ‘aiming’ now fired that weapon? Or even a piece of equipment that when you press that button allows you to fire your second weapon on your back while also firing your main weapon for like 15 seconds? I miss duel wielding and introducing an SMG makes no sense unless you can have two I feel.

@@SSGLGamesVlogs Campaign was mediocre at best. Gameplay was smooth from a technical perspective, but the story was not a personal favorite with the exception of Echo-216. Multiplayer launched with minimal effort put into it and the promise of forge mode which didn't launch until about a year later in November. And now they have the audacity to promote ,as a selling point for this update, that after 3 years of the game being released they are adding in a SINGLE new weapon. Not to even mentioning the fact that the new weapon is an SMG...a weapon type that was in Halo 2, Halo 3, ODST, and 4 (didn't play 5) but somehow it took them 3 years to come up with this idea for infinite. Take all this with a grain of salt. I played infinite for about 4 months when it first came out and have not gone back since. I understand that it's probably significantly better now than it use to be, but from a personal perspective it just was not my cup of tea and didn't really feel like the halo I loved and remembered.
I have been off the game for a while. But these official updates and the community game modes make me interested in Halo Infinite again. Probably still not going to download and play it, right away but if they put more work into it I might come back to the game. My biggest issue is the microtransactions and lack of official content. I have spent way too much on the game and I am not getting a return on that investment.

It’s a little hard to get excited for Halo 2 chief armor when it’s just gonna be a shop item they have enough shop items I just want something to unlock as a merit based reward that I will actually give a fuck about. Rn as far as I know the chief max rank reward and the inheritor helmet from reach are the only merit based rewards in the game why can’t classic chief be one of them it’s such an easy win for them but ik for a fact they’ll just slap it in the shop. I would come back and play for weeks if it meant I could unlock classic chief for free in infinite. Merit based rewards are one of the most enticing things to keep player retention. In the new call of duty they have so many merit based rewards for prestiging and it’s sad that Call of Duty now does merit based rewards better than Halo for Christ sake
They might as well just solely have the game on PC because every time there's talk of a Halo mod it never comes to console so it might as well just all be ported over to PC and stay on PC they're not really doing anything for the console Market
Arma Reforger has the ability for Xbox players to play on modded servers with PC players. Pretty sure it's steam workshop content too. The Halo devs just don't care lol
They should have reduced movement speed and added inertia on strafes globally. Would've allowed for 1:1 map remakes instead of annoyingly bloating them in the new playlist, and inertia would just be better for the game overall
Okay so nothing terribly great. Cool stuff, sure, but I wouldn't go so far as to say this is what the community wanted. This is just more of the same, which has been a detrimental focus on multiplayer at the expense of campaign and lore for the ultimate goal of short term profits.
Usually whenever theres a driver update for my nvidia gpu, if i go through with the update, it makes halo crash on startup. After a couple of weeks and the games updated it usually gets fixed. Constantly staying behind on the updates for just halo is really annoying though. Hate having to revert back anytime it happens. Hope they figure that out.

The MA5K is a confirmed new weapon. The assault rifle icon was just a placeholder as the Avenger has faster fire rate and 60 ammo per mag.
So the avenger is just the ma5b?

What role this new SMG will have in sandbox? SMGs in halo 2/3 worked because of dual weld, but in H:I there is no such thing.

They should have reduced movement speed and added inertia on strafes globally. Would've allowed for 1:1 map remakes instead of annoyingly bloating them in the new playlist, and inertia would just be better for the game overall

Okay so nothing terribly great. Cool stuff, sure, but I wouldn't go so far as to say this is what the community wanted. This is just more of the same, which has been a detrimental focus on multiplayer at the expense of campaign and lore for the ultimate goal of short term profits.
Usually whenever theres a driver update for my nvidia gpu, if i go through with the update, it makes halo crash on startup. After a couple of weeks and the games updated it usually gets fixed.
Constantly staying behind on the updates for just halo is really annoying though. Hate having to revert back anytime it happens. Hope they figure that out.
