This flight was a great opportunity to put the BO to work! Crazy we landed with about 2.5 hours worth of fuel still on board. Minus 45 minute VFR reserves = we could have traveled another 350 ish miles or 1400 (1215 nautical miles) in total with reserves. And we were still at max cruise power not trying to "hyper mile" it. Can't beat a TN BO with tip tanks!! Thanks for watching ya'll, hope you enjoyed 😎More MT videos on the way!
Your very lucky to be 22 yrs old and flying. I’m just started my training and still in school (1 more yr) it’s just so cool. Im so excited for my journey, and I’m 24
Once again I'm very excited better yet stoked to get to come on this spectacular journey/trip with you guys!😎🤙I love getting to be in the plane with all of you in spirit. The grand canyon looks very beautiful from that view. I loved it Jeffrey when you asked Christian how he's enjoying the back seat with all that space, and he said "Really really loving it" that response was absolutely amazing.👌💯 I've been really really enjoying this incredible trip. The flight was extraordinary. I love the Montana property absolutely beautiful. I'm very thankful that you all got to achieve that dream/ goal.
I just saw Owen this weekend. He passed me at 190 knots while coming into SBP. I really wanted to meet but before I could even shutdown he ran and hopped into a 414.
Sick video. Being that the Bonanza is a turbo I’m surprised you’re not throwing on some O2 and flying in the high teens? It would probably get another 10 KTAS and shave off close to an hour?
@@colind1062 That’s interesting in that it isn’t very apparent in their video’s. I haven’t seen them working the radio’s, practicing takeoffs or landings or even setting flaps, instruments or anything else. Not saying they aren’t (maybe they’re editing that out… which makes little sense for an aviation based channel?) but I haven’t seen it at all. Just seems like they buy and sell airplanes and hire a pilot to fly them when they want. Nothing wrong with that mind you. But it would sure make it more interesting to get viewers more involved in their successes and minor failures in the pursuit of their ppl.
Owen is a co-owner in this Bonanza. This was a fun 5 day trip that we all wanted to go on. Even if we did have our PPLs the stuff you’ll see in the next few videos require some serious skill, so happy to have Owen there. Slowly but surely working toward them, don’t need to rush anything :)
@@JRAviation I don't mean to rush you - I realize creating all the content you put out there is very time-consuming. Making a commitment to flying 2-3 times a week will pay off in less overall hours required before your checkride. I always like flying into Scottsdale when I go down to the Valley. The A210 I fly in is the Ford Pinto of the airport though!!!

where is that crazy steep runway in the alps? featured in a 007 movie
Are all these videos a month and half behind?
Yeah, I don’t know why it mattered to me, but I felt that was odd too.
How much room is there in the pilots seats? Do you feel cramped at all? Is there room for your legs and still move the yoke?
Quite a bit, we fit pretty well.

We were going to, but didn't this flight. Hopefully we'll have another video going HIGH! You're right, should pick up 10-15 KTAS.
I was thinking the same thing. Would've LOVED to see that on video!
How safe is general aviation compared to cars? This looks fun
If Owen's flying it, very safe. Most dangerous part is the drive to the airport ...
@@captmulch1 I have heard this quote but I also heard that is with commercial aviation and not General Aviation.
