I notice that you never glue the entire piece of leather to the foam, just the edges, and then edge stitch. Is there a reason that you don't glue fully? thanks. I love your videos. I am trying a similar pattern on some seats. I hope that is okay?!?
Sometimes the material, leather or vinyl has wrinkles or folds very difficult to erase. If I apply glue all over these imperfections appear on top surface. Maestro, me encanta la idea del uso del velcro, como fue aplicado. estaremos pendiente del proximo video porque lo de en medio no es tan complicado como las partes laterales y esas curvas que corresponden al respaldo.
Las cintas de velcro se aplican en muchos diseños de tapicería en general. Por otro lado, aunque no parece, pero las partes laterales del asiento y espaldar serán más fáciles de hacer que los cojines centrales. Muchas gracias por ver este video.
Another Great video, and that is a awesome color leather. Here is a tip for you, If you grind the marks on your bobbin case a little deeper you can fill them with a bright colored paint. Making it a lot easier to judge your seam allowance.

Tengo listo el video parte 4 que se me hace muy interesante porque va a mostrar una manera de sacar el molde o plantilla para las partes laterales del asiento. Por supuesto, un solo lado, porque el otro opuesto es igual en este modelo. Esta interesante porque la superficie de esta parte, no es plana, sino que tiene partes redondeadas. Por tal motivo tuve que usar 'vinil estirable' para poder lograr el molde. ¡Siempre bienvenido a este canal!

El material que se usa para las 'bolsitas' puede ser vinil muy delgado o tela de lona delgada que no se deshilachen sus orillas. Es el mismo material que se usa para las bolsitas que sostienen a los alambres de algunos techos de carro, por ejemplo los VW escarabajo.
Aveces pienso lo mismo que fui tapicero en una vida pasada. Pero resulta que tengo un trabajo diferente para mis ingresos y es ser mecánico industrial. ¡Muchas gracias por ver estos videos!

Hola buenas noches profesor estoy reconstruyendo un vw 1998 y todo esto me da una idea más sencilla y práctica para hacer mis patrones porque pienso hacerlo en tres tonos negro rojo y blanco el blanco y el rojo en cuadrícula y el resto del asiento en negro desarme todos los asientos los marque los utilizaré para hacer mis patrones es muy bueno y practico el video gracias
