- The Legacy Club at Circa Las Vegas is one of the prettiest spots in town, and their cocktails are excellent. They have a particularly wide selection of whiskies available, and a number of craft cocktails. If the weather is nice you will want a seat outside, and the inside seating areas are great as well. Do they let you go outside for a look and a photo or are they strict?
When I was there it was pretty easy and there were people walking out, but I got the sense that is because it was a slow time. You can still get great views and photos from inside the bar, as well.

Thanks! I do not remember the details, but they definitely won't allow swimwear. I am sure they get stricter at peak times, but we wore slacks and the shirts we had worn to dinner and were welcomed in.
If you don’t have a reservation and can get in, do they charge to sit outside?
As a general rule, they either charge you for the seat or have a drink minimum. Specifics vary by night of the week and which particular space you want.
@@DineDrinkVegas So I can get a drink and just walk out on the patio and chill at the railing?
@@DarkFlarePrince They could, in theory, stop you, but unless it is particularly crowded I do not think they would be inclined to do it. I saw no evidence of that when I was there.
My advice.... call the club (or talk to the guy/lady at the elevator) and talk to the Host/Hostess before you go up, they'll tell you whats up. Basically if you're a walk in and you're not dressed like a scrub they'll have no problem letting you in if its not packed.
