- This is the new 2021 Dodge Durango R/T Blacktop! This Durango comes in destroyer gray on black leather interior. The power train consists of a naturally aspirated 5.7 Hemi V8 mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Standard features of this Durango include Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, Bluetooth audio, and a backup camera. Additional features include a power sunroof, navigation system, and 2nd row captains chairs.

I literally just purchased mine 2 hours ago and I have only driven it from the dealer home because it’s late so haven’t had to fully experience this amazing vehicle yet but so far it is amazing ! Fully loaded olive green with the two black racing stripes down the middle 🤙🏽❤️😎

It really does sound so good! Something about that torque and sound 😍 By far the most fun to drive.
I have the GT 2020 and that is good on Gas as well for the amount of Power that you get. Dodge has the Calibrations down perfect with it after so many years.
This is my car. With a few upgrades. I ❤️ this vehicle. So much fun. Those headlights self adjust when oncoming cars come too. GPS directions will show up above steering wheel as well which I really appreciate

I'm thinking about buying one how do you like yours and is it a good vehicle for everyday driving and how is the gas mileage on a normal working day thank you and enjoy your vehicle
@@joeyl1939 This is not a car you get if you're really worried about gas efficiency to be honest. Fun to drive, very spacious for my growing family.
Highly considering this in the same color too. Love the destroyer grey
@@joeyl1939 yeah gas mileage not so great like 13-14 in the city, but an awesome SUV! Head turner for sure!

Great video! I actually bought this exact model and trim spec in early December. My second RT Durango, just so much fun to drive every day.

@@drelocs2878 I've never had any issues with the engine or trans. I had about 60k miles on mine... As for financing etc, I'm in Canada, so things may be a bit different up here. I just financed mine completely because I could do it at 0%, knowing that when I trade it in I should have no trouble getting more than my outstanding principle back out of it.

@@deonstephen5479 Nice! I got pretty much the same vehicle in the video, however, I did get the srt red calipers, definitely adds more flavor to the vehicle. LaFontaine in Fenton is a great dealership to check out.
It’s funny because I live in Michigan as well and drove a challenger rt for about 3 years. I would put it up for every winter as I had 2 cars. Sold the 2nd car though and needed to make a change so bought the exact durango that’s in this video. So far I’m liking it and I can say you made the right choice brother haha

Never was a fan of Durango's, (in my opinion) the rear looks narrow and slim...and I'm not a fan of the name either, but that engine sounds absolutely magnificent. Another great review brother, looking forward to the next one.

Would you happen to know the main difference, if any, from a 2018 to a 2020/21 Durango RT? I like the 2018 and up body style and just wanted to know if the newest version is significantly better or not. Thank you kindly.

I like it but they could have done better in a facelift, same old ac knobs for the rear, and alot of old stuff should have been refreshed in 2021.. But i would still but it for the engine😁❤

I believe you can turn it off, I’ll look for that when I review a 23. Don’t know if it had it on the 21 though.

I won’t lie I don’t like American cars, and think Dodge drivers are assholes, mostly though the ram charger and also Jeep drivers mostly though but this Durango is pretty nice I won’t lie, may have to make an exception here

Good with all wheel drive, okay with snow mode and rwd, just hard getting it going in ice, but that’s any rwd car

Yes
The wheels are too small even at 20 inches. Look at a range Rover sport and you'll see what I mean. The Sport wheels fit perfectly within the wheel well. Dodge needs to do the same.
Nah I've had two Durangos with the most recent one being a 2021. The wheels look fine
The range is in another class double the price depending on options. Apples and oranges you are comparing
