I’m no scholarly percussionist although I am a professional at it, I don’t think you ought to play the shaker like that m8 😂 of course you can play however it is that you want to do it, great video as always.

If your hats stand has adjustable tension you can increase it to compensate for the extra weight of putting fun stuff on the rod

Hmm....there should never be a reason for tape on the heads
