Microdosing helped me get out of the pit of my worst depressive episode, a three year long episode, enough to start working on my mental health.
I'm autistic and I get high 3-5 times a week. It's brought my panic attacks from once a week to once a month and it makes my brain quieter for a few hours which really helps me during the day. It also helps my IBS symptoms
That's amazing!! My 12 year old son is non verbal Autistic. He has many panic attacks during the day. It happens everyday of the week. We have yet to find him anything that helps him. I'm curious if THC would help him too. Thank you for sharing your story

I moved all the time when I was in middle and high school. If I didn't smoke I would of had no friends and nobody would of liked me. But I had all the cool kids wanting to hang out with me. Bacuse I always had good weed. I started smoking in 1997. After I lost my brother andy mom and dad divorced I was depressed. So I started smoking when I was 11 and it helped me not be so depressed. It helped me talk to new people when I used to be a loner.
I am a combat veteran who had nightmares and had chronic fatigue due to lack of sleep. Once I was retired from the military I tried CBD to help, it did not. Since I lived in California, I then tried THC tincture drops. Since starting taking these drops before laying down, I no longer have nightmares and I can sleep throughout the night. This has made a huge difference in my life and even helped my chronic pain. I do not use it during the day. There are definitely medical uses for it, as I am an example of that.
Smoke it quite often, im just a better person overall than I was before. More patient, lets anxious, focused and happier

I started smoking because my brain would not slow down and I couldn't sleep.
I occasionally smoked from 15-18
I started smoking daily at 18
I started sleeping better and I could remember things better.
It cause me to recognize everything (Super observation)
I have smoked weed for over 20 years and I don't have to smoke for weeks and don't get any withdrawls .
I am currently sick and no withdrawals.
I smoke about a bowl every day.
I can smoke a ton of weed and all it does is makes me sleep.
At some point in my life I would smoke anywhere between 1/8th to an ounce a day. I would suggest to be minimal hit a bowl but don't finish it. come back in an hour hit it again. carry it for hours that way and its minimal.
but without it I can't focus day to day. its an alternative to man made chemicals that causes so many new issues.
Also in 30 min of this showing I have gotten 22 Commercials
